Beware of this company. The sales rep on the phone told me there's a $150 fee plus the cost of parts, which sounds like a scam. When the technician arrived, he was extremely rude and quoted me an outrageous price of $1400 for something that couldn't have cost more than $300. I refused to pay, but they still managed to slap on a $275 "charge" (which turned out to be just tax) for a total of $293. Not a single part or fix was done. This company is a total rip-off and I would advise anyone to steer clear - at least these companies will be honest about their prices and won't treat you with disrespect.

The next day, 8/18/21, I called again at 1:37 am to reiterate the issue. When the representative asked for my last name, I gave her only the first letter due to past issues with sharing personal info. Her response was defensive and dismissive, saying "sometimes you just have to do what you don't want to." This abrupt tone left me feeling frustrated.

What really stood out was the lack of empathy or apology from the representative. Instead of trying to understand my situation or offer a solution, she seemed put off by my request for a text message. It was clear that customer service wasn't a priority in this instance.

Needless to say, I wouldn't consider using their services even if they offered it for free. This experience has left a bad impression, and I'll be looking elsewhere for similar needs.
