I've had the misfortune of dealing with this company on two separate occasions, and let me tell you, it's been a complete waste of time. The first time I scheduled an appointment for my heater and air conditioning issues in May of 2014, the dispatcher was completely unprofessional. They wouldn't even come to my house without getting $75 out of me just for them to diagnose or repair something.

When they called me on the day before my appointment, they asked a bunch of questions that I didn't know the answers to and then had the nerve to tell me that it would cost me another $75 if they found anything wrong. They basically told me to know more than I do about the condenser units in my new condo because we just moved in.

What really got under my skin was when I asked them why they didn't bring this up on the initial call or before the appointment, and instead of apologizing or showing any gratitude for taking the time to answer their questions, they had the audacity to tell me that I should know more. It's like they're trying to make me feel stupid for calling them in the first place.

The dispatcher clearly has zero integrity and no idea how to handle conflicts, especially when it's their own fault. It's not unreasonable to expect a company to address issues on the initial call or before the appointment, but I guess that's just too much to ask from this bunch.
