I got home at 830 at night heard a loud noise coming from my heating system. I panicked the temperature at night drops I called everyone I found on Google no one answered until I called CD Heating. He answered my call immediately said he would make in 20 mins also asked me to take a photo of my system that way he could have everything he needed in his truck. They showed up and and went straight to work. They got my heat working almost immediately changed a few parts and made sure it was running properly before they left. They were extremely quiet and cleaned up afterwards. I can't thank them enough for their quick response and professionalism.

I have equipment which is less than a year old... The motor failed, and I can't get the replacement part even under a five-year warranty. Customer service reference to the partner network, and partners don't want to exchange a defective motor under warranty, and they want to charge me almost the same amount for the new unit for diagnostic and replacement... I don't understand why I need to pay if the unit failed, and it is not my fault, but because of poor quality. I already paid for the unit and installation... Why can't the Carrier cover the labor cost and the defective motor?
