When my A/C starting leaking at 2 am last night I was very relieved UMGservice was able to send a tech out to stop the leak. It turned out the condensate drain was clogged and the drip tray had a loose fitting that was allowing water to leak. Jimmy, the tech who came out, explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be done. He was able to unclog the drain then and there and the price was very reasonable for a 2 am service call. I felt that he was very honest and trustworthy and highly recommend them for Heating and Air conditioning needs!

Jimmy came out to our house and explained everything that a tune up includes for our heating system. They did a great job and I’m completely satisfied with the reasonable price they offered us. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services with my eyes blindfolded.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having UMG come service our furnace system today. We are very pleased! The owner & his son were very accommodating & on point with all. Most importantly UMG was very reasonable with pricing. I will be calling them again! Thanks guys!

I had a fantastic experience with UMG. I arrived home at midnight after a vacation with my family (young kids) and the AC was broken. It was July, and we needed a fix fast. I reached out to multiple places claiming to be 24/7, but only UMG responded (and even texted) and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. They were on time, professional, and diligent. They had the necessary parts, and were able to install a new condenser unit the same day. Less than 24 hours after I discovered the issue, my house was back to normal. Thanks UMG!

I called UMGservice to try to schedule an appointment to get maintenance done on my central air system in my home. I haven't had anybody look at it for 5 years, and a guest remarked how the external unit's filter was dirty and should be washed or replaced. I called the listed phone number during business hours, and the person who answered the call sounded tired. First, I asked if they serviced my geographic area, which they said yes. Then, I explained my situation. The guy on the phone took down my contact information and said one of the field techs will call to schedule service.

About 30 minutes later, I received a call from a field tech. He said that he didn't think he had time today to come up. I said this was a maintenance request, so it wasn't an emergency. The field tech said that if he was available, he would call later that day. I told him to call in the morning for the next two days because I had errands to run in the afternoon those days. The field tech said he would call when he had availability. In retrospect, it was unusual for a contractor not to schedule an appointment in advance, but I was willing to be a little patient, since this was not an emergency.

Two days have passed and the field tech has not returned my call to schedule. I assume that they are busy with more urgent jobs and not interested in my job anymore. This vendor needs a better scheduling process to get customers onto their calendar, even for maintenance jobs.

i called irepair at 10 pm because i didnt have heat they show up in 45 minutes while other companties didnt even answer the phone the tech was friendly and knoledgeable he gave me upfront price he worked on the unit got it fixed left at 2:00 am and most of all he left me with a heat for that night
