Very professional service. My HVAC vendor could not diagnose my wine cellar refrigeration problems "we don't really know refrigeration." They called LRC. The problem was diagnosed, and a new system installed by LRC the next day. They totally cleaned the wine cellar and did a follow-up call the next day to make sure all was well. Need a wine cellar built or fixed or have a refrigeration problem use LRC.

Timely, effiicent, and honest. Wine cellar was not working, Laurent was here the same day and quickly resolved the simple problem. I hope to not have any more issues, but will definitely call again with any needs.

Lawrence is one of the few contractors that I trust implicitly. Lawrence is extremely honest and hard working. On more than one occasion he has come on a night, or a weekend, or a holiday to help with an emergency. When I moved from West Orange to Clifton I was pleased to know I could still count on Lawrence. Extremely professional and humble.

Laurent, the owner, is a maestro. We had an issue with the unit for our wine room, two other HVAC companies were entirely clueless, Laurent identified and fixed the problem in 30 mins - perfect. Drove two hours from North Jersey. Very personable, easy to work with, instills confidence, on top of stuff, trustworthy. Really a pleasure to work with. Glad we found him!

I purchased an "ez flow" water boiler in 2017, which I replaced on July 24, 2021. However, since March 5, 2023, it's stopped working altogether. Despite multiple attempts to contact "ez flow", all I got was a voicemail message. A plumber from another company told me they already had the old system, so replacing a part is extremely costly. The new boiler with this outdated system only lasted one and half years, costing $1800 - a significant amount for no warranty or decent service.

I recently called EZ Flow for help with a bathroom leak that was damaging my kitchen ceiling. When the plumber arrived, he quickly determined the issue was an old caulking job done by the previous owner. He suggested recaulking the tub would fix it and let us do it ourselves.

We had no discussion about a service charge over the phone or in person, but we were surprised to be charged $95 plus tax for making the appointment via Google search. We were then handed a business card with a condition: if we'd called the actual company number instead of using the Google link, the service charge would be waived. The same number was on both.

If you're considering EZ Flow, don't use the Google-quoted number – call the actual one listed on their website or business card. I'm warning you.

There was no discussion about potential causes or solutions. We followed his advice, recaulking the tub, but the problem persists – a leak is still causing damage to our ceiling.

In short, EZ Flow seemed uninterested in doing their job, but collected a questionable service charge.
