Excellent crew. They were hardworking, courteous and professional. Shaped and opened up flower bed after removing dead shrubbery. Removed tree stumps, removed rotted wooden fence and removed poison ivy.

Jay's need to do a better job policing their crews. They have a habit of moving things on property they're not working on. Then using the "no English" excuse when confronted. They have driven on my property at least 3 times (that I know of) while working across the street, and blocked my driveway multiple times.

Great team. My yard looked horrendous before but now thanks to them it looks perfect.

I had chosen Jay's Landscaping because my husband; who passed away on December 8, 2017 used this service. Quit a few times the grass was not cut properly, had to call the office to ask landscaping crew to come back to cut lawn properly. Nonetheless, I had decided to not use their service last year. I had a remaining balance for services. The owner Jay had called me several times requesting payment. The owner Jay also continued to text me on a regular basis asking me for payment. I had explained to this individual/owner Jay that I am a widow on SSD & I would pay him when I had some funds available. The guy was relentless & ruthless if I could not pay him. He texted me continually after I had asked him to please refrain from contacting me; I had explained to him to the best of my ability & informed him that I am having financial difficulties. He apparently did not understand what a widow is nor did he comprehend what financial difficulties means. He continued to text me, asking for payment. He had come to my home several times, leaving a bill on my front door. He had drove by my home several times also. Why, I do not know. I had asked him repeatedly to stop texting me & asking me for money. Apparently, the guy did not understand!!!!!! Nonetheless, he continued texting me after being asked to stop. Now I have decided I will not be paying this individual after he had accused me of lying. I do not welcome or invite any type of drama or controversy to my home ever. This guy overstepped the boundaries & was extremely rude & very disrespectful. He called me a liar because I did not make a payment every month!!!!!! He continually texted me & continually harassed me numerous times when I asked him kindly not to text me!!!!! The owner Jay from Jay's Landscaping is a stalker & a psychopath. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's see!! So, I called Jay's Landscaping to do my mulch bed in front of my house with an edge around the bed. On May 30 one of their crew came unannounced ( a phone call would have been nice). So when you cut in an edge around the bed its normally 6 inches or more for the rain. Well Jay's Landscaping crew did like 2-4 inches edge and the first rain it filled in the edge so I'm upset because of the amount of money that i paid. I could have done it myself with all of the Honey Do's just didn't have time, why i called them. I could have complained but i would just go a standard answer wasn't in the mood to hear excuses. SO IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO HIRE THIS LANDSCAPING CO. PLEASE SHOP AROUND FIRST. When the heat break i will be out there re-doing the edge myself, which i should have done myself and save some money. The company can save the phone call or the unexpected visit. Unsatisfied customer.

Jay’s Landscaping does lawn work for some houses within my neighborhood. They decide to park their equipment outside of my house each time. This doesn’t usually bother me, but they decided to run over my trashcan while pulling out and did nothing about it.

Company rescheduled lawn mowing service three times due to “inclement weather” when no rain was forecasted. On 2 occasions they marked the service as “complete” falsely. When they actually did show up they missed a spot in front of the driveway and blew grass in front of a neighbors home. The next scheduled service they claimed they couldn’t access an unlocked gate they accessed the prior week with no problem. Didn’t knock on the door or attempt to contact me, left and marked the service as “complete” again. Rescheduled to fix the issue in two days and never showed or responded. This company is awful in all aspects.

Jays is a world class company who does quality work and cares deeply about their customers. Special shout out to Frank who deserves a raise. Highly recommended for any job big or small.

They do good work but communication is an issue. We used them summer 2022 and we were supposed to let them know if we wanted to continue service in 2023. They just came to our house in April and cut the grass when we were not home without talking to us at all. I called to cancel the service and complained but 2 weeks later they came a second time to cut the grass. Never again.

Our long term landscaper's business folded during COVID. We were lucky to find Jay's. Wow! This is a is first class operation. After initial call, someone was out to provide an estimate almost immediately. Shortly thereafter, we received a follow up call to ensure we covered everything and to see if we had any questions. We booked a date for the work to be performed two weeks later. On the day, a small army of very personable gentlemen appeared right on time, confirmed the work to be done and got right to it. These folks worked very hard thru a very long day (in the rain). The results were spectacular! We unconditionally recommend them. Fair price, friendly quality service and wonderful results. We couldn't be happier.

My new patio was completed today. To say I am satisfied with the job is a vast understatement. Chad was great. He worked with us on a beautiful design that fit within our budget, and came up with great ideas which enhanced the look and usability of the patio. Gustavo and the crew pulled off the work to perfection. I would highly recommend them to anyone for hardscaping or any type of landscaping.

Jays landscaping does an excellent job. They come when scheduled and are quick and efficient. Their workers are polite and courteous. Their work is impeccable and their prices are reasonable. I've used them for several years now, and I wouldn't use anyone else! Keep up the great work!

Initially, everything was fine; setting up and receiving a quote was easy. We signed up for fertilization and grass cutting (simple). I had noticed that the backyard gate was untouched every time the contracting service would "fertilize" our lawn( the entrance is broken, so it's latched on to something). So I called and asked the young lady if the company had reported issues with getting into the backyard because it appeared as if it was untouched. SHE TOLD ME NO ONE HAD REPORTED ANYTHING. Time went on. We stopped receiving invoices; months later, we received over four invoices at once. My mother got involved and told the gentleman the fertilizing hadn't been done in the backyard when he replied," You've never told me this before." It was our first interaction with him on the phone, so I don't know how we would have told him anything. If you are using this company, please remember that you should have someone at home to verify work is getting done because the contractor they use does not do a thorough job. They also just showed up back at my house last month (March), talking about being here to fertilize when we stopped services with Jay's landscaping over six months ago, so there is a communication breakdown in the company vendor management. ALSO: There were no weeds in my front yard, but the backyard is full of them. Further, proof that they never touched the backyard when we paid for the front and back yard in the invoices.
PRO: They do cut grass well and on time!
CON: If you require a service they don't provide themselves be able to verify it's getting done.

I have had the great pleasure of using Jay's Landscaping services for many years. Jay and his team are professional, and courteous and will have your property looking fabulous. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right!!!!!

Our hardscaping project was to install paving stones to widen either side of our driveway, which included relocation of some sprinkler heads. Jay's crew was timely, professional, and highly skilled, completing a beautiful job, and going the extra mile! We will reach out to Jay's again, and highly recommend them!

First time using Jay's Landscaping Delran NJ, Tony came out to give me the estimate and 3 weeks later the job was done! Alot of trees and shrubs trimmed and new mulch. The Crew was excellent 👌 I explained how I wanted certain things done, like I would do it myself and it was done that way. Couldn't ask for more than that! I wish I took a before picture, but WOW. It’s like I have a whole new yard! Jay’s team was quick with responding to my inquiry and they got the whole job done in one day. They offered more than fair pricing and they were definitely a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for any future work
