You always got to do self-checkout here the employees at the self-checkout do not talk to you don't say a word to you just rude and talk to themselves.

The Lowes personnel are friendly and ready to help. They were very busy inside and outside and we received very good service all the way through, and at checkout.

I have yet to have a good experience at a lowes store. Ordered something that was in stock online, 3 days later order was still not processed. Therefore I picked up the items myself. I work in sales and if i moved at the this pace I would be in serious financials financial troubles. Actually I take that back, I would be working at Lowe's! Service inside the store is just as slow and bad. Come on America lets it get together.
