MoniMel really went above and beyond. We had to to vacate our home due to hurricane damage. After water remediation and extensive repair work that wasn’t properly contained, the inside of our home and belongings left behind were covered in a thick layer of dust. I didn’t even know it was possible to get it all back looking so clean. Responsible, on time, super thorough. It made moving back in to our home so much less stressful. We were thankful and relieved.

On September 10 we experienced a fire in our home in the basement. Scariest thing I have ever experienced. We had Moni-mel come in on the 11th to start the process of cleaning the home . I have to say the experience has been exceptional there service is great, the staff is beyond amazing and Monica truly puts 150% into her business. My home was black from the smoke and the staff came in and cleaned everything in the house including floors ceiling cabinets everything inside the cabinet was taken out and cleaned and put back. Every room was done super efficient and most importantly very professional. I would recommend this company not just for situations like this but for everyday cleaning . You will not be disappointed.

MoniMel has come to our rescue several times -- during a home renovation, during an office renovation, and often when there is just too much to do. They have scrubbed every nook and cranny of my house to prep for us to move back in after a remodel. They saved days of productivity at my office by pulling a crew together on a Sunday afternoon with very little notice to make newly-renovated space move-in ready. (We were able to open that Monday and have a full work week.) They have scrubbed our deck furniture, cleaned the garage, washed windows, dusted blinds, disinfected our fridge, and more. As they say, you get what you pay for, as this service is no bargain but it's professionally run, reliable, and won't disappoint.

After a fire, we hired Monimel to get rid of a the soot that settled throughout our house. The cleaning team was professional and complete. They meticulously removed and cleaned every item throughout the entire house and then returned it to its place. I would recommend those services for any level of cleanliness needed.

The best of the best, there is no one better. Moving your family from one state to another with an infant, a dog and 150 lbs of frozen breast milk is no easy feat. We arrived at our new rental home exhausted and looking forward to beginning to unpack and get our lives settled. Upon entering the house, it became quickly evident that not only would we not be able to unpack a single box, but we couldn’t even put our daughter down on the floor as the house was absolutely filthy. I hired her after the amazing job done with all the mess of construction and have used her since on a weekly basis. In addition, we use her services at our offices.

Monimel is the best cleaning service among businesses and individual providers I’ve used. They’ve been cleaning my house for almost 10 years. Monica, the business owner, is very responsive and accommodating to the various cleaning needs you might have. Monimel employees are trustworthy and hardworking. The stuff turnover is very low. I’ve known many of the workers for years. I like that you pay by the hour. The crew spends the number of hours you agree upon thoroughly cleaning your house resulting in a good quality job. Monica or her brother Carlos often stop by to check on the crew, the job they are doing and to make sure you are happy with the results.

The crew at Moni-Mel were recommended by my restoration company after a puff back from my boil released soot throughout my whole house. It took 5 days to clean the whole house. During that time the crew was on time every single day. They were friendly, and kind and very hard working. They cleaned up at the end of each day. I found them efficient and considerate of my house, my possessions and my (3) dogs. Highly recommend them whether you have a big job or for nythong from routine clean to spring cleaning.
