Just had Glenn and his amazing crew come to my house and give it a thorough scrub down. They cleaned the ceilings, the window sills… every nook and cranny. I’ve used other cleaning services in the area and they costed more, took longer, and weren’t as efficient or friendly.

I am SO SO SO happy with The Clean Team. I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you, Glenn and to each lovely lady that came to my home today! I look forward to having you over again!

Never showed up for estimate appointment

Owner looked at property and gave a written estimate followed by a contract for the season. Received a call from the office today telling me that they had to cancel the contract because their trucks are too big to fit down my street. I have lived here for over 36 years and have never ever had a vehicle that couldn't maneuver down my street. Clearly he doesn't have drivers that know how to maneuver the vehicles which isn't surprising taking into account that the owner of this business would go so far as to provide a written contract and then on the day of the first cut realize that his drivers can't maneuver their truck to my house. Completely pathetic. Can't imagine what other disasters might have Arisen if I had proceeded using this company.

Saw this team working on my neighbors yard and was so impressed I wanted to hire them stat. Within an hour I had estimates based on different options (the best pricing out of 3 diff companies) and booked them for the same day. They came right over from next door and did a phenomenal job trimming our hedges. And they are really nice guys too :) Highly recommend!

Creative Touch has done much work for us over the last 9 years and we’ve been pleased with the results. Mike and his crews have planted trees(recent), transplanted shrubs, cut and maintained our lawn and even done masonry work like a walkway and two patios and a turf stone driveway. Mike is a great guy and local Denville resident.

I have been using Creative Touch for the past 20 years...they have done everything from our pavers to our lawn to planting every bush and tree on our property. Everything I have every asked them to do has been done with care. We are in the process of selling our current house and the feed back we have gotten on our landscaping has been overwellmening to say the least. We credit Creative Touch Landscaping's work over the years for helping sell our house so fast ..thanks again and see you guys for the next one!

Fall clean ups are not an easy task on our property and they do a perfect job . I hired Ruiz Landscaping for a full yard project at my new construction home, including removal of shrubs and bushes, debris removal, topsoil, leveling, and seeding. The total cost was approximately $4,300, which I paid in full upfront. I was told the entire job would be completed all at once, and the invoice did not state otherwise.

The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The job was originally supposed to take only a few days but was repeatedly delayed over several months. At one point, a large excavator was brought to my property and left there for about a week without any work being done. The equipment sank into my yard and caused significant damage, destroying existing grass and leaving parts of the property uneven.

The quality of work was unacceptable. Debris, rocks, uprooted material, and even metal pipes were left throughout my yard despite debris removal being included in the scope. The side of my house and even areas near my neighbor’s property were left sunken and uneven, and none of this was ever repaired. The yard was not properly cleaned, and no effort was made to restore damaged areas.

When I raised concerns, I was told the job was not finished and that the contractor would return months later in April to complete it. This was after already receiving full payment. There was never any follow up or quality check done by the owner.

In April, the work continued to be inconsistent. Scheduled dates were canceled, and work was done sporadically by different individuals. At one point, mulch was dumped in front of my house, creating a mess. I was then asked if I wanted it used on my property to avoid reloading it, and was later charged an additional $200 for that work, which was never agreed to in advance.

Due to the poor workmanship and lack of trust, I decided not to use him for the grass work in my backyard even though I had already paid for it and hired someone else instead. I specifically asked him to at least seed my front lawn and the damaged areas he created, and he failed to do that as well.

Additionally, I accidentally overpaid him approximately $300 in cash, which was never returned.

Despite paying approximately $4,500 total, the project was not completed to a professional standard. Communication was poor, timelines were not honored, and the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I am currently considering pursuing legal action to recover my losses.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I have documented photos of the condition of the yard and the work performed.

We had an amazing experience with Ruiz Landscaping! They gave us a fair, straightforward quote upfront with no hidden fees, and got to work right away. The team trimmed our overgrown bushes, removed weeds, mulched and cleaned everything up. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. I will definitely be using them for all of our future landscaping projects!
