Excellent service! Our antique hand-woven rugs came back better than when they were new to us! The no-skid custom pads are worth every penny as well. Every customer service rep, from the delivery people to the sales people, were courteous, efficient, and pleasant every step of the way. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company that comes into your home, services your furniture and or rugs, and takes them back to their facility for them to be safely ,securely , and timely delivered back after you are entrusting them to perform the services you paid w! Their pricing is outrageous and they do not fulfill their obligations . They have a slick way of having you sign off very quickly before you can even check the entire finished product. I would not recommend them to anyone ever stay away.

From the fraying to the fading, my antique rug had seen better days. But after restoration, it’s absolutely stunning! Their skill and expertise really show in the final result.

Rug Renovating is AMAZING! They came at the appointed time, took pictures so I could follow the process and brought it back on the day at the scheduled time. I loved that I could follow along on the app to know when the service men where close by. Also they asked for confirmation BEFORE they did any work because my carpet needed extra care and cleaning. After my dog had a few accidents on my area rug, I started looking for a rug cleaner and was immediately overwhelmed by all the options. We were a bit anxious to send our handmade rugs off in a truck, but the results were fantastic. Rug Renovating is reputable, has a strong customer communications platform, and was transparent about all of the cleaning and other work that needed to be done. We highly recommend it.

I had used Rug Renovating for years. But then they lost my handmade tribal rug, which was picked up and delivered to them on January 31, 2025. They did not let me know- I found out when I called them. On March 27, they told me the rug was missing, and promised a replacement or a refund. Then they went silent. I have called and even written the president, Paul Iskyan, to no avail. A company this disdainful of customers does not deserve your business!

Plenty of notice of pick up and delivery, cane right on time. Antique sentimental rug looks amazing after their ministrations. Never thought Grandpa's rug would have a new, splendid life!!

I've been using Rug Renovating for years and they never fail to do a fantastic job! Also, the pickup and delivery service they use is wonderful! I wish all such service vendors were as diligent at sending texts as to when they are showing up, using not only a 2-hour window, BUT when the day arrives, they send a 15-minute notice! And they keep it! Do not hesitate to use Rug Renovating; they do beautiful work. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful experience with Rug Renovating. They’re reliable, have good communication and customer service and quality rug cleaning. Not sure how it compares to other companies price wise but in my experience it’s worth every penny. Shout out to Jo who was very responsive and to the team that delivered my rug after the cleaning. They were so friendly and professional and they took the time to accomodate my requests.

I have multiple rugs of varying quality: silk, Persian, and synthetic. Morgan was very patient walking me through the options and costs. Sevice was quick and the deliveries were on time. The delivery guys were friendly but professional. A very good experience and highly recommended.
