I've used Rug Renovating several times for area rug cleaning. They're professional, responsive, and offer quick turnaround. My rugs come back noticeably cleaner, with stains completely gone or significantly reduced. In addition to two-hour delivery and pickup windows they offer real-time driver tracking so I don’t have to be home until they are close to my stop. I’ll definitely use them again.

Very Lovely people all around. It's unclear how many carpet companies are connected to the place but I don't think it matters. I had luster wash, stain treatment, tinting on my three, 1920's Nichol's rugs. They also did rebinding on 4 sides. I live in LIC so I saved $100 bucks by taking my carpets there and seeing the operation.

In 1925, my grandmother purchased a large, intricately designed Persian rug that I've always loved and is now in my care. I don’t how old it was at the time of purchase, but it hadn't been cleaned in very many decades . Rug Renovating has cleaned over a dozen rugs for me.
