Jerome came out to my house after my kids left the washer running and left. A pipe went and water poured everywhere for hours. He was in and out in a few days of some drying equipment. We patched it up and we just want to say thank you.

A SERVPRO rep named Tim stopped into my building to give me some information on his company’s services. A few weeks later we had a pipe burst that flooded some office space. Their crew came in and handled the damage and were out in three days. They were very helpful and went above and beyond!

Very responsive when I called. Always updated me on the time frame. They were nice enough to wait while I picked my kids up from school. And even returned to move around the fans when I had a reflood. I felt like they cared and had my best interest!

Kelly is incredibly unprofessional. They didn't arrive on time, so I called a local ServPro to be told their inspections are 100% free! I was charge $179.00 and never once was I told this is non-refundable. DO NOT USE THEM, go to Bordentown who will provide a free inspection. Shady business practices, unreliable, charging customers for things other branches don't. Don't be fooled by their online website.

My husband and I were very upset when our kitchen had to get ripped apart, but Liz was super helpful over the phone and then all the guys took great care of getting our kitchen repaired! The whole experience was quick and easy and highly recommend them!

I am giving a 1 star because the cost was way to expensive for the work they did. It was like pulling teeth to get an estimate and when the tech finally provided me with a rough estimate he informed me that it would be around $1,100 for 3 days of water restoration in a small area of my house. When I received the invoice it ended up costing me $1,200 for just 1.69 days. This company takes full advantage of people especially new home owners.

The gentleman Jose Dorta did an awesome job with the demo and clean up all by himself. When he got the call he made arrangements to come to us first as a priority because we were a church Christian Faith Assembly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, hard worker and he made sure he explained everything. I give him 50 stars for his professionalism. Thank you Jose appreciate you and your time!!!!

I cannot recommend ServPro enough--when you have water damage, it can be such a stressful time and Servpro made everything so easy! From the initial assessment, to the drying and mold treatment, everything was excellent. The people who work for the company are conscientious and are experts in the field.

I had a huge water link on my condo, I called ServPro Burlington and they came out right away. They were there within an hour from when I called. The technician, Edwin, was remarkable. He was very kind but also very diligent. He took care of everything. He communicated awith me a few times a day until the the 2 stores were dried out. He also communicated with his office and the insurance company. If you are ever in need, I highly recommend Servpro Burlington/Mt Holly

Eric and his assistant did a great job for the mold in my basement. Eric explained everything he was going to do and he did it well. They cleaned up everything and worked very professionally. I would use this company and recommend their services to anyone. All and all I was very satisfied.

We had a water leak that impacted two of our floors in our house. They came over within hours while other places couldn’t come over for a week. Every person that I interacted with was professional and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning up a drying out two large areas. I would highly recommend them.
