Fernando’s team was very good with working with my concerns. They worked fast. Demo was stressful but they worked around me since I work from home.

Fernando and Javier they were prompt and the times that they said that they were coming pleasant to work with answered all my questions make sure I understood exactly what they were talking about explaining everything that they were doing. Did a great job at what they do everyone that worked with them was respectful pleasant to work with did their job. I would recommend them to anyone else that needed this job done look forward to working with them in the future if needed I give them a five star floor, their job and their performance.

Fernando & Javier did a wonderful job helping with a remediation job. They and their crew were flexible schedule wise which was incredibly helpful and they were efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions we had and were very responsive if we contacted them in between their visits.

Contractor Dan Curry was very professional and did an excellent job! Clean, neat and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Servpro!

Fernanda and Imanol did a fabulous thorough job cleaning up after my downstairs flood. They removed all damaged floors and walls.Fernando explained every step and took great care of my belongings. They cleaned up very thoroughly.

Overall ServPro was okay. Sales rep was good and the guys who came to do the work (Fernando and Imani) were thorough. The reason for not having a higher rating is because our initial quote was inaccurate so we ended up owing more and multiple people on the team said that they would handle insurance for us, but no one asked me for our claim number and I didnt know they didnt have that. The manager apologized and acknowledged the error on their end, but they still hounded us for payment. We had to wait to get the check from insurance. It was all super annoying. Also, I put the quote through ChatGPT to see if it was a fair price and it said it was, but I do wonder if we paid for the rolls royce of mitigation since we needed more work that the original quote said. They also really hounded me for this review too.

We had a great experience with Jerome and his team on a complete pack out and return of all of our household items due to water and smoke damage from a fire next door. The team was cordial and helpful. Jerome was a particularly good communicator so that we knew exactly what was going on at all times. I couldn't have asked for more support during a difficult time for the family!
