Water Damage Restoration reviews in Edgewater Park, New Jersey

Servpro helped for water damage at my newly purchased house. I found Servpro with Google search. I highly recommend this business. They exceeded my expectations.

Incident: Ientered the house and found out that the livingroom was under water, the light fxtures on the cieling was like waterfalls. The basement was like a pool. I was so sad, shocked and called my HOI company, at first. I had no idea what to do. I was expecting they will send me their trusted helper/contractor. I was wrong. They adviced me to find a water damage helper company by myself. They also said, water damage needs to be taken care of immediatelly, contractor should be at the house immediatelly, in order to prevent further damages. After this call, I was in a panic mood! I Googled "water damage" and Servpro was the first couple of names on top of my search list. I called a close by Servpro unit, instantly.

Servpro customer service was very helpful and fast. I appreciate the lady on the phone! She calmed me down and explained everything clearly. The technical service came to my house with all their equipments, in couple of hours. They started working to remove water from basement, livingroom and the upstairs bathroom corridor. They also removed all the damaged hardwood flooring, part of the cieling and walls. The work completed in 4 days.

We discovered a leak in our basement on Friday, had to travel out of town on Saturday, but Monday morning ServPro was on site executing mitigation services. Given that this was our first experience with water damage, Jerome, the site manager provided invaluable information regarding the process and always responded quickly to my calls and concerns. We were amazed at how much work had been completed by the time we returned home. The staff provided outstanding, professional services and we can only highly recommend this ServPro office.

Exceptional service- Tim and Narayan were a pleasure to work with! My husband found this company after the first company did not respond to our message. The crew was quick and thorough. The production manager, Dan was helpful and explained everything before the crew arrived. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and finished up in the timeframe that they indicated they would. I wish I could give 5 stars but I did have to clean up some after they left so that could have been a little better. Overall I am pleased with the services.

Tim, Edwin, and Neto were so professional, kind and helpful. I was overwhelmed with all the damage to my house and they did a great job explaining the process and moving things around and taking out all the damage wood and flooring, and removing the water and drying my walls and floors out. They were truly an awesome team and it was great working with them

Jerome and his crew just finished cleaning and drying up our basement after it was flooded by water from an air conditioner condensate spill. They were extremely efficient, meticulous, timely and polite. They rate 5 stars in my book and I would wholeheartedly recommend SERPO to anyone else who might need their services in the future. The steps he took to find the problem was commendable. Then Jamil B. the next lead came in and the direction he took made me definitely feel that Serv Pro were the right company to solve my water problems.
Professional, no nonsense and very neat. I was kept in the loop of what was happening at all times. Ididn't have to stress any further.

The Team that managed the remediation of my home was phenomenal. They assessed the damage and took immediate steps to contain the situation and ensure no further damage would occur. Totally professional team and I would recommend them to my friends for sure.

Dan is EXCELLENT - his communication, responsiveness and willingness/patience in client education. His team started IMMEDIATELY after his inspection. Two day turnaround. His team replaced all our molded insulation in the crawlspace, which was no easy feat, cleaned up the space, and set our dehumidifier (from a different company) to the correct numbers that will prevent future mold. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
