Reviews of local pros in Edison, New Jersey

We are so pleased with the work that Bolesta Landscaping did for us. From the beginning of the project, they worked closely with us to bring our design ideas to life. Stephen Bolesta was at the work site pretty much every day to make sure things were going well and give us thorough explanations for each stage of the project. It was easy to get a hold of the team whenever we had questions and concerns. We are so happy we selected Bolesta Landscaping to install our patio and walkway.

Steve and his crew re-sodded both the front yard and portions of the back yard, pruned, trimmed and cut out dead plants on our property. Very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Bolesta Landscaping.

We reached out to Bolesta Landscaping for overgrown roots, ivy and shrubbery removal. They came out for a quick assessment and were able to give us a quote for the work as well as a lawn cleanup. They were efficient, easy work to with and reasonable in price. Would go back to them for other work in the future.

I contacted Stephen (Bolesta) after seeing his work on a neighbor’s property. I was impressed and contracted with him for a project. I am pleased with the quality of his work and will definitely use him for future projects!

Bolesta Landscaping did an amazing job with our landscaping and lawn! They were professional, meticulous and efficient. I can’t wait to use them again. Highly recommend!

Stephen over at Bolesta really took the time to make our house beautiful. He came out multiple times to ensure he took care of everything we needed on our property. He relayed everything to the crew who did an amazing job. They were quick, affordable, and very helpful. I’d recommend them to anybody who needs help making the outside of their home into something brand new. I’ll be using them for future projects.

Had the whole property done last summer; very happy with the results. The crew was excellent. The pricing very competitive.

Great landscaping company. Excellent workers, meticulous, respectful and efficient. Very fair pricing to work value.
I recommend them to everyone.

I’ve used Bolesta Landscaping for two different properties and they crushed it both times. Neither yard had much grass to start with, and now they’re both super green and full of life. They also helped plant a bunch of flowers and bushes that totally leveled up the look. Plus, their partners handled irrigation and tree removal quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

Bolesta Landscaping did a great job redesigning our front yard. We are very happy with the end result and can’t wait to see what they do in our backyard.

After a two year adventure getting our inground pool, Bolesta landscaping came in and made our vision a reality. They put sod down throughout the backyard and front as well as landscaped our waterfall for a beautiful backyard oasis.

Stephen and his team work magic wonders. He was great in that first we went to a nursery to pick out the potential plants and flowers that I might like and would want to incorporate in my landscaping project. He was knowledgeable and helped with explaining the potential maintenance, blooming periods and colors within the plants I chose. He knew having colors and trees in my landscaping was important to me and was able to provide impeccable service. You will not regret going with the Bolesta team.

Bolesta landscaping did our walkways, driveway, lawn and landscaping. We couldn’t have been happier with the results. They offered many suggestions and were very accommodating. My husband and I couldn’t have imagined how amazing our yard would look! We highly recommend Bolesta landscaping!

I reside in Rahway NJ. I have had Bolesta Landscaping owned by Stephen, for 25 years. I can't say enough wonderful things of the great quality work he has done. Stephen is amazing, and his work crew keep my property very well groomed. I have had many comments over the years. I would highly recommend his services!!! Thank you Stephen. Diane

We're new/first-time home owners and the previous owner of the property didn't take care of their yard so when we took possession, the yard was a mess. We called a few landscaping companies to have the yard repaired and they wanted to charge an obscene amout. When Stephen Bolesta came to check the yard he gave us an honest estimate which was much more affordable and works better for our type of yard. And he's very knowledgeable on the types of plants that were in the yard as well. He warned us about poison iveys vines growing on the walls and recommended a 'spring cleaning service' that they offered. We more than happy to accept the offer and signed up for the weekly yard maintenance as well. His team are always professional and efficient. In and out- the job is done. Clean tidy yard in about 15 minutes which would probably take me my whole morning if i did it myself (we have a big yard). I've also attached a few photos of brick pillars/columns which he built. It was all my wife's idea and he took on the job and we can't be happier with the results. I recommend Bolesta Landscaping if you're thinking of hiring a team to help you with your lawn/yard/masonry projects.

Stephen and Michelle, who works in the office, kept us up-to-date about our upcoming job (which was just completed). We find it unfortunate that many businesses do not answer calls or even show up. I can't say how much I appreciate Bolesta's work ethic. Ours was a small job that got a bit complicated, but everything worked out. Thumbs up to you guys and to your hard-working crew.

We cannot thank Stephen and his crew enough for all the hard work and dedication they put into our new landscape. I contacted Bolesta Landscape in the summer on a whim since a few other landscapers did not return my phone calls & I am so glad there was a reason! Stephen and his crew are hard working, dedicated, professional, fast, affordable and reliable. Stephen was in constant contact with us to ensure when our project would be underway, and he was right on time. His crew worked diligently to replace and carve a new path way filled with gorgeous pavers, uplighting, new plants, mulch, and entire new lawn & in addition adding Belgian Blocks along our driveway last minute. Stephen was also here at our property every day while the work was in progress, monitoring and making sure everything was top notch. After all was said and done, they cleaned up in a pinch & Stephen stayed to give me advice on how to take care of our new lawn and plants. We very highly recommend Bolesta Landscape for all landscape needs. He is a man of many talents and can surely make any landscape dream come to life. He surely did it for us!

This gorgeous landscape and remodel was done by Bolesta Landscaping! It is a true transformation to the front of our house. Every aspect of this job was well executed. Brand new paving, sod, a top of the line sprinkler system, and plants. Thank you, Stephen and Michelle for making our dream project come to life!

Bolesta Landscaping went above and beyond our expectations! They were extremely professional, punctual, responsive and organized. We couldn’t have had a better experience with our landscape design and walkway paver installation. Stephen Bolesta was knowledgable, helpful, and very involved in oversight of the day to day progress. He was a central figure in putting our vision to life! Secondly, Michelle was a valuable part of the planning, execution and follow up of the project. Finally, Stephen’s team was hardworking and respectful and we appreciated all of their amazing work. At the end of each day, the team cleaned up the work site and ensured it was left it in good shape until they returned the next morning. We look forward to working with Bolesta Landscaping for our next project!

Bolesta Landscaping created our dream patio, completely transforming our backyard into a true destination. With our daughter’s birthday approaching, we needed the project completed by a specific date, and they delivered right on time. Their work was clean, efficient, and professional, and their expertise was evident throughout the process. It was worth every dollar—a true dream come true. We couldn’t be happier with Bolesta Landscaping and highly recommend them to anyone in the tri-state area.

Stephen & Michelle are courteous, friendly, and communicative. The crew, led by Eduardo, were informative & professional. So far I'm pleased with how our project, which includes removing top layer of crab grass & soil, installing 8 medium trees & river rock, insetting a slate walkway & installing sod, is going. After our first day, I got a call from the office & a text from the owner asking how everything went. A+!! Finished the job today & everything looks awesome & the price was right.

Had all the old grass & weeds in my front yard removed & the yard leveled. Again, showed up when they were supposed to, had excellent communication, and the work looks awesome. So excited that my front yard is now so nice, neat, and welcoming.
