Once again, Ken’s Plumbing has proven itself to be competent and honest in resolving issues in our house which was built almost 100 years ago. Decades earlier, before we used Ken’s Plumbing, we had been informed by other plumbers that our leaking stationary tub faucets could not be fixed without major and expensive repairs. At that time, we could not afford such an expense so, instead, we put caps on the faucets which had to be removed each time we needed water. Just recently, I asked Ken’s to assess this issue and we agreed to their estimate. New faucets were professionally installed at a reasonable price. Ken’s Plumbing continues to solve our plumbing problems and we are pleased to provide them with the highest positive recommendation.

Superb analysis of boiler issues and competent solution to the problem. This involved a gas boiler and its electrical switches. We are very pleased with Ken’s plumbing service and we will continue to use them in the future. They are knowledgeable and efficient providing good diagnostics of plumbing issues to arrive at working solutions. Ken’s is an excellent value for such excellent service.

This was our first major experience with Ken's Plumbing from 2021:
Ken's Plumbing installed a sewer line from our house to the Township line. It was done n less than quarter of the time other plumbers had estimated. Ken's sent six professional plumbers and the work was completed in slightly over half a day. The cost of this was about 40% less than estimates by other firms. It also saved money with the expense needing a township vehicle to be on site during the process. Even more surprising and welcome was that the sidewalk, curb, and roadway to the middle of the street did not need to be disturbed because the plumbers and their backhoe were able to excavate under each portion of the line. The roadway screen over the connection was completed that day after the line was connected and it has remained a permanent and flat part of the street ever since. This was remarkable competence on part of Ken's team and we are very appreciative of the recommendation we received to hire them. Since then, Ken's will always be the first call we make to fix our plumbing and sewer problems.

After hours Heather took care of our sink. It was majorly leaking and it turned out the people before us had it installed the wrong way and Heather was able to fix it for a reasonable price. She was kind, professional and was even mindful of not making too much noise so my kids could go to sleep. Thank you Heather!!!

My elderly mother needed her kitchen sink unclogged. So we called Ken’s plumbing. The receptionist was very nice to deal with and set up the appointment quickly. I was called prior to the technicians arriving, and Elie and Heather arrived right on time. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, and within a short amount of time got the drain unclogged, working like it was brand new. They were both very friendly and very nice to deal with. It truly was a pleasure doing business with them. We definitely will use them again and would highly recommend them to anybody needing these services.

Heather did an excellent job with our water tanker installation. She was punctual, professional, and clearly knew her work. The setup was completed efficiently, and she took the time to explain how everything operated. The site was left clean and organized when she finished. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience—I’d definitely recommend Heather for any future installations.

I needed my water heater replaced I got an immediate response and price quote. My condo has limited space in the utility room but Heather and Joe made things work . We had an emergency late on a Saturday night — our kitchen sink in a 3-floor apartment building was backing up every time the upstairs neighbors used theirs. Heather and Mike came out right away, arrived on time, and handled everything with great professionalism. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, keeping us informed throughout the process. Their expertise and calm approach made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone in need of reliable, professional plumbing service — especially in an emergency!

Called to have them come out and snake a kitchen drain that got backed up. While doing so they broke my cast iron pipe then told me it would cost 2k+ to fix it. All while giving me an attitude as if it was my fault (during and on the phone later) . I am not the professional. If they knew it was a risk they should have informed me about it. Still had to pay almost $300 for the service, which seemed like an awful lot in my opinon. In the end I ended up patching it myself for around $100 and would not recommend this company.

EDIT: yes, this was a few years ago, unfortunately no risk was communicated prior to service. As stated this issue was obviously discussed at the time of the incident and there was a phone call after, that was pretty unfriendly, and i was told he would do it at a "discount". I declined the 2k job offer.

I had water from my upstairs shower coming up in my kitchen sink! I called Ken’s Plumbing. Heather and Joey came, diagnosed the problem and were amazing. They not only were spot on with the repair, but went further to check a little more!
They didn’t rush, were so knowledgeable and skilled. They were clean and courteous too.

Heather and Joe M. stopped by today to diagnose what we thought was a leaking pipe. They actually identified that it was a leaking roof near the fireplace chimney, and not a leaking pipe.They removed the ice that was on the roof and solved our problem.

We were so happy that they went above and beyond to diagnose our water problem.

Ken’s is amazing. They are fast, professional, knowledgeable, incredibly cost efficient, excellent with communication, and (most importantly) you can trust them.

When our 100 year old, 600lbs. boiler stopped turning on, we started the process of getting estimates to replace it. Adam from Ken’s came by and he was the only plumber who even tried to fix it—which he did! Then, sadly, the boiler finally gave out in the middle of this past winter & Ken’s immediately scheduled an emergency steam boiler replacement. Michael, John, and Heather went above and beyond. They didn’t just come in and get the job done, they put genuine and expert care into doing things the right way.

It’s no wonder so many reviews here include pictures that show off the stellar quality of their work.

This company will always be 5 stars to me! My family has been using Ken’s Plumbing for years, and now that I’m married and have my own home with my husband, we continue to rely on them. They recently replaced our main sewer line from cast iron to PVC, and the entire job was completed in less than three days.

Ken’s Plumbing is truly client-focused, trustworthy, and loyal. Their rates are extremely fair, and they stand behind their work with excellent warranties. They may be a small company, but don’t underestimate their skill and the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend them!
