Great experience ! We had a water main leak in the front of our house the day before the big snow storm (1/25/26). Jeff & his team were here within an hour or two….. in the freezing cold ! Due to a few circumstances , the job couldn’t be finished before the snow storm but the crew was back a day later and job was completed . I received constant updates from Jeff throughout the morning .
They work with “Homeserve” which I highly recommend.

I have known Tom Fallon the owner of Plumb Rite for 25 years. Plumb Rite has replaced the AC unit in my home, two water heaters, all of the toilets and bathtubs during a renovation along with numerous service calls. We had water gushing in from our bathroom drains at the office. We called for an emergency service because it was 8:00pm. Angelo responded immediately and had it repaired within an hour. A waterline under a bathroom sink exploded do to its old age. Plumb-Rite took my call and came in a few hours. (Not an emergency because shutoff valve stopped the water from running). Vinny got the job and was kind, understanding, and did the repairs quickly.
I have used other plumbers in the past but Plumber-Rite is my new plumber.
Price was fair and reasonable.

Very happy with their work. I had an expansion tank with a pin hole leak on christmas eve. The owner called me to walk me through steps. I already knew it wasn't going to be fixed. I just couldn't get the tank in time myself on christmas eve. They were also the only company out of 8 I called that mentioned having the tank in stock and ready to go after Christmas day. I forget the techs name but a no bs kinda guy. He was quick to diagnose what we already knew was the problem. Simple quick and easy repair. I applaud the owner for taking the time to try to help over the phone and follow through with a smart employee. I definitely recommend. Thank you plumb rite. Happy new year!

Great company to work with. Needed some plumbing done in my crawl space. New lines ran. They sent out their technician Ed T.. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Got the job done on tine and within my budget. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I am not a big reviewer, but I have to say, Ed's service was exceptional. Ed came through with flying colors. The pricing was fair, and he was timely, and knowledgeable. If anyone needs plumbing work, Ed is definitely the person to call!

I had a serious issue with my water heater and the first company I called was Plumb-Rite. I spoke to Kaitlyn in the office and she assured me they would came out 7am-9am the next day. Vinny from the company explained things and evaluated what the issue was. My water heater is in a closet behind a small spaced wall, mobile home.Vinny replaced my water heater promptly and he had 2 other plumbers fom this company assist him. Not an easy job since my water shut off is under my mobile home and he kindly shoveled ice to get to the skirting, Vinny went above and beyond and his patience was greatly appreciated .Bottom line, even though I turned off my circuit breaker due to smelling electrical burning, this could have turned out to be a disaster, to say the least. We are thankful for the compassion of all the employees. Reasonable price for all the things involved with this replacement.Thank you very much. Highly recommend them.

I’ve used Plumb-Rite for several projects including a full bathroom remodel, replacement of a water heater, and repairs of my boiler (the joys of owning an old house). They have been a God-send! All the work has been done timely and in budget. Even more importantly, I trust them when they tell me whether something needs to be done. Great service across the board! I highly recommend them!

We've been using Plumb-Rite for years now, across multiple homes, and we've recommended them to family and friends. Always thorough and professional. Angelo, in particular, gets the job done and always has useful advice for a avoiding future problems -- a real benefit when you own an older home!

From the original call for the emergency visit … to the repair of the frozen pipes (*) all was fixed in a few hours. Then, after the insurance inspection, I found I needed a new furnace. Because, Plum-Rite was so quick to respond to my emergency, I chose them to convert my system from oil to gas. They had to remove the oil tank, I decided to add a new hot water heater at the same time, (it was past due). Additionally, i had the cause of the emergency, which were the frozen pipes (*) located on my 1st and 2nd floor with most of the work in my clothes closet, although it extended to the 2nd floor where they
had to cut open the wall, and pull back the.carpet, to access the pipes, so they will no longer be vulnerable to freezing temperatures. All this work was done within 2 days. Work was done efficiently, and most important to me, with great respect to my home, using drop cloths and wearing booties when entering, from the basement to my living space, and cleaning up after completion. Suffice it to say plumbing emergencies are never pleasant, yet I can say, the experience with this company was a good one for me. Great company, great work!

Great work, friendly, and reliable. Vinny was super kind and professional. He describes the issues and explains why it was caused and how to resolve it. He is quick and efficient. I have called them again for my next project--heated floors to save on gas bill.

I had a horrible experience with Plumb Rite. They charged me $1,700 including an inspection fee, and still could not identify or fix the leaking issue. After all that money, the problem remains unresolved. Very disappointing service and not worth the cost. I would not recommend them.

After I told them the leakage was still happening, they said it would continue to leak. Why in the world did I pay $1,700 to fix a leak if you’re now telling me it’s still going to leak? That makes absolutely no sense. I paid for a repair, not for someone to tell me the problem will continue. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. I would not recommend them it’s a scam!!!!

They are a great family run company who takes the time and dedication to get it right the first time. They responded quickly and fixed our issues right away. Everyone who I spoke to was very kind and willing to help. I cannot say enough good things about them. If your looking for an amazing plumber then look no further.
