The best cleaning service, very professional!! Really recommend

Diana and the team were efficient, careful and thorough with our apt clean. They are very professional and can’t wait to use them again! Thank you for the cleaning service!

Two times they have cancelled at the last minute and they are very expensive. One time they charged 400 dollars to clean a 1000 sq foot apartment. I would never recommend!

Just make sure you look at EVERY inch of what they are supposed to clean. The cleaners were in a rush and only cleaned what they saw, not the “nooks and crannies” also no elbow grease. I keep finding new things that weren’t cleaned and I have to clean on my own, which sucks because they are not cheap.
At that when I spoke to the owner I was told twice that I should have been watching them clean to make sure they did what I wanted them to. I shouldn’t have to watch the workers clean, it’s part of trusting people to do their jobs when you pay a lot of money for it. And if I had time to watch them clean I would just do the cleaning myself. But instead I still had to clean once they left.
Also, I asked them TWICE to clean my oven, the second time the girl asked if she an come back because she had another job in an hour. This is by no means my problem because I PAID for them to come clean. In the end my oven was BARELY cleaner.

Minutes Maids provide excellent service. They were able to accommodate me at short notice when my housekeeper had an emergency and canceled. If you’re looking for friendly, efficient and high-quality cleaning services, I highly recommend Minute Maids!

I have pets and it’s hard to stay on top of cleaning and sanitizing after them. Samantha and her team really deep cleaned my home leaving it so fresh and feeling like a home. Truly a lifesaver. I definitely plan on using the service on a bi-weekly basis moving forward.

Samantha and her team were great for my construction clean. She was very responsive and easy to talk to. She walked through every room with me and asked what I wanted her to focus on. She was very diligent and helpful!

Charged me $260 for a "deep cleaning" and the cleaning came out very basic and didn't even smell clean. Cleaning lady missed some spots and had to come back the next day to finish. I used to pay $100 for a cleaning on Handy and honestly it was better. I explained to the person who answered the phone that the space is very small since its a basement and the price and she said she would have the last facetime her to show the area and adjust the price if needed and the lady didn't even get back to me just charged the card the full $260. Very mediocre cleaning, not worth $260 at all. The regular cleaning was $210 and I didn't see no difference in detail. The cleaning was ok but not worth the price at all. Definitely not booking again. Handy is way better and way cheaper for the same cleaning.

Honestly, hands down the absolute best cleaning service I have ever experienced!!!! I have two small children so it was such an amazing feeling not having to worry about harsh cleaning chemicals being used. They came in cleaned, organized and gave me some good ideas all in a timely manner and not to mention they have great customer service! I will continue to use minute maids thank you so much ladies!

On time, focused and motivated. Minute Maids took an abandoned 3 bedroom and made it look beyond livable. Refrigerator brand new again, stove as well and the BATHROOM 🚽 impeccably cleaned. The bedrooms cleaned and organized meticulously.
