I found this company while searching for a cleaning service for an move-in unit/apartment. Based off of reviews, I decided to give them a try...Best decision EVER... Samantha and her team, Grace & Angela, were very professional. The ladies arrived on time and did an excellent job in a very timely fashion. From the initial walk through to the final inspection, expectations set and met. Even after the job had been complete and my tenant had a minor concern, Samantha was more than willing to come back and address. That’s 5 star service!! I would highly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs!

I have been working with Sam and Minute Maids LLC for many years now. Beforehand I had tried many different services with a mixed bag of pros and cons. What I love most about Minute Maids is that I can tell they take the extra time to not just do a good job, but to really make sure every detail is handled. I used to do walkthroughs at the end of every cleaning to share some preferences, but after a couple of months I just trust the job is done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend, Minute Maids LLC as I have already to my friends and colleagues for years.

Let's start off with how the customer service was on phenomenal! Easy to talk to and VERY HONEST! That is very important to me.
We had a conversation about the service that I wanted and I got a estimate price rage. I was told that price may change depending on how it was when the staff got there and that we would confirm the price before the staff started. The young lady who came to clean was amazing even took time to vacuum and clean the crevices on the stairs. This company clearly take their jobs seriously and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Minute Maids

The girls provided excellent cleaning services. They were professional, on time, and very thorough. They cleaned my rental unit throughout the day at an extremely reasonable price. Would 10/10 recommend!!

I used Minute Maids LLC to clean a property of mine post eviction. Mind you cleaning was ~ $70 hourly rate but then it was changed to a price range of $275 to $300 and whatever additional for windows when I mention it was “post eviction.” Shouldn’t matter, but we agreed on a set price as long as I emptied out the apartment before that; fine. I had to remind a couple of the cleaners, of the 3, to do a better job with the areas of the bathroom and kitchen. They let you do a look around before fully mopping the floor and finishing up. By the time they finished and closed the windows for the floor to dry I trusted that everything was done thoroughly after I reminded them. I let the owner, Samantha, know they seemingly did a great job. I was wrong! When I went back to the property I soon realized the job wasn’t well done. The bathroom was not scrubbed and there was so much dirt build up left in areas I paid for to get cleaned. Samantha was unprofessional and told me that there was really nothing she was willing to do to
correct the situation as the job was done a few weeks before I messaged her back. There is/was no policy that stated a time from where there was nothing she could do and there wasn’t even an invoice. Asked her to message me a receipt and she never did for weeks. She eventually offered me 15% off the next service which she knew I’d never use again after our interaction. I asked for 15% money back which she then felt she couldn’t do. ⚠️Minute Maids LLC isn’t one I’d recommend at all! If you use them, look at your place thoroughly before everyone leaves.⚠️

Minute made did a phenomenal, deep cleaning job after my tenant move out. My previous tenant had layers and layers of grease grime and dirt all throughout the kitchen, but Minute Maids brought the kitchen back to life! There were window handles & crank knobs I thought I would have to replace, but after Minute Maids, I no longer need to replace them. They took their time & did not rush. Great job ladies and it was a pleasure speaking with you. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Minute Maid. They transformed my rental property, leaving the floors immaculate and the appliances and bathroom perfectly prepared for new tenants. The previous occupants had left the apartment in a dreadful state, with barbecue sauce splattered everywhere and dirty fingerprints covering the hallway. However, Minute Maid managed to eliminate all traces of the mess, achieving a spotless finish. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will undoubtedly utilize their services again in the future, especially considering their affordability. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable.
