If I could give 0 starts I would.
I hired Them to have a deep cleaning post renovation, Mr Zimick came out and checked the job and how dirty it was, I personally explained to him how deep of a cleaning I wanted, he sent me quote and we agreed on the price $3100 that I honestly think went to the garbage, they came 2 days from 8am to 3pm the first day I checked the first level and instantly knew it was not going to be a good job so I called Carol and explained to her what I wanted to be re touched, an hour later she called me to collect payment when they have not finish the job and I know this happened because she knew I was not going to be happy with their job.
Anyways.. all is dirty the whole weekend I had to re clean what was suppose to be impecable I wish you could see in pictures how dirty is my place.only thing they did good was cleaning the windows.
All the drawers are full of that white dust of renovation, the trims all around the house are full of dust, the kitchen looked like they didn’t even touched it, I had to hired a lady to help me clean the kitchen and the water was literally black I wish I had taken a picture.
This pictures I’m adding are just from the cabinets of my kids bath.
And the glass pendants in the kitchen look even worse know then before the cleaning.
I called back and said I was not happy with the job, they sent 3 man the next morning that honestly didn’t do anything and came with an attitude saying they needed to leave quick because the had a lot of jobs.
Really upsetting, throw my money to the garbage.

Incredible work by Zimick brothers. We have 30 windows of our home cleaned inside and out as well as the screens. The team did an amazing job. The windows look brand new!

Abraham did a great job of evaluating removing and returning our damaged rugs. He is very efficient and knowledgeable with all his information concerning rug treatments. Definitely a 5 star happening.

About a year ago, I had a very expensive carpet cleaned while I lived in NYC by a NYC -based rug cleaning and restoration company. I felt that I had been taken advantage of and given advise that was not in my best interest but I had no choice as the rug needed to be cleaned. I have since moved to NJ and needed another large and expensive carpet cleaned and called Ben Hersh. Avi came by yesterday to pick up the rug. I told him I was very skeptical about being taken advantage of again. Avi spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining the process, what was necessary to sell the rug as that was my intent and gave me what I felt was a reasonable price. I cannot speak more highly of Avi and I believe that his business honesty and ethic emanates from the owners. You have a valuable employee in Avi.

My rug has been given a new lease on life! Not only has the cleaning revived the (formerly drab, now once again vivid) colors, but some of the braids at the edges were coming loose, and they have (unasked, I might add) been skillfully redone and securely bound. Everyone with whom I dealt made this a great experience.

We had two carpets that we were close to putting in the trash. After BenHersh cleaning and repair, they looked fabulous and will be used in our main living areas. It was like a miracle! The service was excellent and the results were outstanding.
