Somehow I managed to spill oven cleaner on my white wool rug! Ben Hersh returned it to nearly new! Everyone there is attentive, caring & knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong trusting your rugs to Ben Hersh.

Ben Hersh to the rescue!!! I came home from vacation to my entire basement flooded, where I had stored my two persian rugs. One of them had mold. They belonged to my parents.I was devastated. Ben Hersh came right away- picked up the rugs and returned them to me so beautiful. I know if I had trusted them to anyone else.They would have been beyond repair. I cannot recommend Ben Hersh enough!!!

This is a great business that produces excellent results. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the cleaning and repairing done to our oriental rugs. They are fairly priced and deliver quality results and workmanship. They were easy to work with and picked up and delivered back to our door even placing the 8x11 rug back in place!

After my longtime company went out of business I came upon this company. Gave them a call looked at their reviews and decided to send my treasured rugs. I have to say they did a better job than my old company... my beautiful Afghan rug looks amazing I cannot thank you enough. My rug was dull and filthy, completely covered in threads my cats had pulled when kneading the rug and in disastrous shape. It came back looking like new without any stains and shaved to perfection.

This company was easy to schedule with, plan rug care/treatment, and manage expenses by my budget. Their pick up/drop off guy made timely calls to let me know he was in the way, moved the rug to the van/ to the house, again… such ease in service. Highly recommend this company.

Ben Hersch Rug Cleaning and Repair did an awesome job. The rug looks fabulous. The pick up and delivery was great. The timing was perfect. He was so helpful. He moved furniture and placed the rug exactly where we wanted. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

I had two Oriental rugs that were in need of repair and cleaning. After researching options, I decided to work with Ben Hersh. They really did a great job with both rugs, and I am most appreciative. The rug in the photo is one my brother brought back from Turkey. It definitely needed a cleaning after years of doggy love, and there was only fringe on one end. Ben Hersh cleaned the rug, and then, at my request, removed the remaining fringe, bound all the ends, and made it like new! I definitely recommend them!

They turn our community in total mess, grass was rip out of ground, leaves left under bushes, shrubs , trees and fence.

Did not blow out my sprinkler system,after numerous calls to them.the main component outside froze and broke off called when it broke off and i still have not received a call back ,very dissatisfied.

We have been through several landscapers and LSI has been the best by far!!! Very professional and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Bad service , they hanged up on me

I have been using Better Image for years for my landscaping needs. They have done an amazing job putting pavers and walkways in my yard as well as Spring clean ups and general maintenance!!! Can’t say enough good things about this honest team who always comes through.
