Working with the Ben Hersh company was a pleasure and hassle free. I had two Persian area rugs that have been with me for decades, cleaned and fringe repaired/replaced. I added pads for both. The rugs , a hand made Bokhara and a Karastan , are special to me and I was concerned that they be handled with care. I was not disappointed! The staff from office staff to technicians, who came to my home (and were agreeable to wearing masks) were superb and made the transaction from pick up to price quote to delivery, seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. By the way, the rugs look great!

They were very responsive to my needs. They picked up my 8 x 10 rug the day after I called. They needed about two weeks but the rug came back very clean and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

What a great experience…I highly recommend that you have your area rugs cleaned…l have my area rug over 20 years and it looks better today than the day l purchased it. It was picked up on time, thoroughly cleaned, refringed, and delivered right back to my living room, as promised.The service was exceptional, from start to finish. They even showed me pictures of the rug before and after, amazing to see how much dust was in the rug even after home shampoos. Every person l interacted with in this company was informative, professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and their work was outstanding.

The Ben Hersh team did an excellent job in cleaning my 2 very large, very expensive, wool/silk area rugs from Nepal. The area rugs hadn't been cleaned in over 15 years, so I was concerned that harsh chemicals would need to be used. The Ben Hersh team assured me their cleaning products were eco-friendly and would not leave any residual frangance. The area rugs came back looking and feeling almost brand new! I was very impressed and I'm a tough customer! This was a very positive experience. Excellent customer service, professional pick up and delivery personnel, and reasonable pricing. Ben Hersh is now my 'go to' for rug and carpet cleaning. I would certainly recommend them, and already have.

The Ben Hersh team did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing several of my Persian rugs, leaving them beautifully restored! They were helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, and accommodating as I had different pickup and drop off locations.

We asked Ben Hersh to repair a rug we purchased in India. Our puppy chewed a hole in the middle of the rug! Natalie did a wonderful job guiding us on options and the team did a great job with the repair. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Very professional. On time and quality work. Pick up and delivery was seamless. Have used them twice (different rugs!).

I called Ben Hersh to clean our area rug that our dog had soiled. They came immediately to pick up the rug and quickly cleaned and returned it to us. The rug is now spotless. I’m very happy with their service and will definitely call them again for future cleanings.

We had two area rugs clean and repaired. They were in our area and we got a prompt quote/pickup. The workmanship was wonderful and well worth the quoted price. Return was as scheduled and the rugs were back in place quickly. Very professional and great folks! Highly recommended.

Ben Hersh Rug Cleaning and Repair are AMAZING!! Every step of the way doing business with the Ben Hersh team was pleasant, professional, organized and efficient. Absolutely the nicest people to speak with and so accommodating. The rug we cleaned was huge...and had not been cleaned properly for 10+ years. It was returned in beautiful condition. A++. Most notable...the pick up and delivery. The nicest man, Marlin! So kind and professional and honest to goodness, he could lift a car off the ground. Hercules!! He was the best. Helpful with moving mattresses, staging the rug, assisting to put everything back together. The best!
