Excellent service and quality work with same day service! Bravo!

Their response was not professional and they didn't care to value customer's time as they rescheduled my appointments a couple of time, just before. This is not a fake account and my rating is genuine and based on my experience.

I used this company to have my air conditioning ducts clean and the chimney cleaned on two separate visits. They also cleaned my dryer vent. Mark confirmed both appointments before he arrived and they were on time both days. They methodically went through each room to clean the ducts with as little disruption as possible. The firebox for my fireplace has never looked better. Mark and his crew were all very professional and friendly. I especially appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes that they took on and off each time they went back and forth between the house and their work truck. The whole process was easy and uneventful - as it should be. I would recommend them. I plan on using them again when I need the time comes to repeat the service.

Mark B is very knowledgeable about the dryer vent system. We Moved into my home in February & my dryer was taking forever to dry. Didn’t know exactly what it was. Mark kindly explained what he was doing and kept my husband in the loop. There was challenges but he got the job done. Highly recommend this company and Mark B !

Had a very poor experience with Mark. My community had a group deal to have our dryer ducts cleaned by this company. I signed up for my building's scheduled day and called a few weeks before the appointment for confirmation. The day before the appointment Mark did also send an email to confirm they would arrive between 1-4pm. I made special arrangements at work to be at home that day, however he never showed up. I left him a voicemail and he never called back. Three days later I tried calling again. He claims he knocked on my door that day. I was home until 6pm and nobody came to my door that day. When I became frustrated with this very unprofessional behavior, he hung up on me. Happy to call someone else for this job going forward.

Very thorough and clean ! Very pleased

I wasn't going to do this but I am haunted 'leave a review' by text and email, so here it is: Came in old van stuffed covering windows with things inside, no sign of business and 2 young Hispanic male. One of them carried an equipment that I saw on Home depo website for rentals. Owner instructed and one of the Hispanic male cleaned. When I questioned concerns, owner did not provide answers instead he responded 'it's nothing, it's nothing'. what do you mean nothing??? Only cash or check accepted. Price much higher than others for the same job. No, I would not be recommending to others. Sorry..

Two guys showed up on time and fully prepared to go. They did the work they had to do with no muss, no fuss. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. We would certainly use this company again. Thanks for the excellent service!

Great work done by solid technicians

Called Sunday after Thanksgiving...they answered the phone in person...no machine. Described the problem...builder of my home never finished the dryer vent system. Dryer vent was just blowing lint into attic not to outside. Fire hazard. He quoted me the price and came next day and finished all work in couple of hours and cleaned up the mess before they left. The price was great and work was outstanding. Highly recommend

It’s complicated honestly. The service men are amazing, they are such hard working people. I would have them clean my vents again!!

The only reason I won’t be going back is the owner. He is rather disrespectful and tone deaf. He had no idea who he was talking to on the phone, he couldn’t tell if he was talking to my husband or me. He kept saying ma’am no matter who was talking. He was very demeaning while he was talking to the little lady who was uncomfortable in the heat even though he was talking to my husband.

When he came to the house to see what was taking the workers so long, he felt the need to speak to my son, who has Down Syndrome, for shredding paper that fell into one of the vents. I brought you to clean the vent. You want to charge me more, do so, and you did…that’s your job but don’t talk to my son! Don’t even look at him! That’s not your job!

You were right on the phone, when you said that I wouldn’t be coming back.

Wizard of Ducts came to our rescue. Our dryer duct was clogged, causing great delays in drying clothes. I contacted the Wizard and set up an appointment. And was delighted they were in time, incredibly professional and effective. Their employee, Byron, was terrific. I WILL use them again, and recommend them.
