I hired Wizards of Ducts to replace a dryer vent in my new apartment. After reaching out, they responded and scheduled my appointment very quickly. My condo requires COI which they were also able to provide promptly. The technicians who came to deliver the work knew exactly what they are doing and worked efficiently, tested the machine to see everything is working well and left the place clean and neat when they were done. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you !

We hired them (as the BR Group) to replace our pull-down attic stairs that were starting to hang down instead of staying flush with the ceiling and too old to repair. It was a large job because the existing stair assembly was an old pulley and cable system that was 66 inches long.
The new stair assembly is 54 inches long, so they needed to patch the 12-inch gap the old assembly left in the ceiling and attic floor. The framework to which the assembly attaches wasn’t “square”, so the guys had to spend time making adjustments to make it fit right and close correctly.
The job ran until 6 PM because of the complications (and showing up a little late). After we pointed out some gaps around the edges that could cause a draft from the attic, they came back the following day and fixed it well. Their point person, Mark, kept saying that their goal was to make us happy, and they did.
The quality of the aluminum ladder assembly they provided is good. Their flat fee pricing (which includes the ladder) worked well for us because of the complications they incurred.

Workers were courteous and professional. They completed the job & explained to me what they did. They also checked my furnace after completing the dryer duct cleaning.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Lee R. Kobb plumbing's service. I had a slow leak from my water heater that needed attention. When I called at 8pm, Evan returned my call just after 8:10 and confirmed the issue wasn't major, allowing me to wait till morning to save on labor costs. The next morning, Manny arrived promptly at 7:30am and got straight to work, fixing the leak in under 15 minutes. He showed me the repairs, explained why they leaked, and tidied up the area. All the team's efforts were top-notch.
