Can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone. The automated machine doesn’t allow you to talk to anyone unless you already know someone there how ridiculous.

While I was away over the weekend the power to my pool pump went out. I called at 3:00 PM. They had an electrical in my area just finishing up a job and could be here in half an hour. He showed up in under 30 min. He saw that the plug and socket had to be replaced (damaged from the heavy rain) job was complete and everything ran they way it was supposed to. I will use them again

I needed a few small jobs done: a fixture install and new light switches with grounding tail. I called and an electrician was at my house within 30 mins. Work was quality and electrician was knowledgeable and pleasant. I will be using them again soon.

My company had messed up electric installation which takes forever to pass the inspection. Joe came in, did a thorough investigation and came up with a game plan. He stuck to this program with us, spent a lot of time with details to make sure the job is done right, all the violations are addressed. Then the next thing that happened was that we passed the inspection. Couldn’t be happier

worst experience I ever had with an electrician. I needed the front doorbell fixed and the side door light replaced. After three visits, the work of five electricians, two trucks, and numerous excuses, I was left with a doorbell that didn't work, a light that wouldn't go on and I paid these guys $525. I called Joe numerous times. His last message was that he no longer worked in Essex County.
Do not hire these guys. They don't do the work. I found them through Angie's list. I complained to Angie's too and that didn't do any good either. I will never use Nextgen Electric or Angie's list.
PS: After months, I put in a new doorbell myself. cost 7 dollars from Amazon. Gotta watch out for these phonies.
