Joe and his team installed an electric vehicle charger at my home. They were by far the most cost competitive out of the 8 companies I got quotes from. The team was quick, courteous and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I highly recommend for electrical work in Montclair.

I would highly recommend working with Joe and his team. Joe, as the owner of the company and a very busy guy, took the time to come to my home as I had no power going to my microwave and stove---with a 7 month old baby who needs bottles warmed. He was on time, courteous and professional. It didn't take him long to diagnose the issue and shortly thereafter fixed the problem. That night something tripped the breaker again. I texted him and he got back to me right away and said no problem, I'll come back to your house tomorrow. He came back again today, with a smile on his face, and finished the job. I only use Next Gen for all of my electrical. I have a business with 4 locations and each one of them have been wired by them. Joe and his crew are nothing but professional. What I like most about Joe is that he pays close attention to detail. Not only does he do electric, but he does all of my fire alarms and cameras and security alarms. These guys are the top notch!

Joe and his team did all the electrical for a recent kitchen renovation, along with finishing a project they did not do the initial work for (basement electrical). In addition to being incredibly talented in his craft, he is also on top of the latest technologies: he installed three wireless charging stations in my quartz countertops that charge our devices THROUGH the countertops. Sounds frivolous but eliminates so many wires.

Joe is thorough and meticulous in his work. When performing testing of our job he discovered an issue that should have been addressed (for safety) that should not have passed inspection (it did). He addressed it because he holds himself and his team to the highest of standards.

Joe and team were great, I would highly recommend. Joe came out on a Saturday to take a look at the job, he was on time and provided a quote in a couple hours. Throughout the job he kept in touch and provided clear timelines. The technician that came to do the job was fantastic… he was on time and very thorough.

I had 3 tasks that needed to be done: connect my A/C unit to a power source, install light fixtures, and install an outlet in my garage. All of this was done in one day. Joe and his team are incredible in every aspect of the business from the work, to the speed, to the professionalism and most importantly the quality! As part of our kitchen update, we needed to re-socket the kitchen recessed lighting as the fixtures deteriorated due to excessive heat from the halogen bulbs. I scheduled this work with Nextgen. This morning, Jared arrived on time, set up his equipment and materials, and got to work. He did a great job re-socketing the formerly-halogen-now-LED kitchen ceiling fixtures. He was very pleasant to chat with, a good representative for Nextgen, and he left the work area immaculate.

Joe and the NextGen Team are fantastic, the best quality work I have seen. He prides himself in doing the right job and not cutting corners. He installed a Kohler whole home generator in for me. It looks very clean and professional. At the end of the day his pricing for the quality of work you are getting is extremely fair. I can sleep well at night knowing the job was done correctly.

Joe came to check out an issue I was having with an outdoor flood light at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call (on a holiday) and had one of his guys (Mark) at the house the next morning to take care of the job.
