I was very pleased with this service. I had my apartment cleaned and it looks amazing. The price was very reasonable, the workers are really nice, and they’ve done the best cleaning compared to other services. Definitely will be using again in the future and I would 100% recommend!!! :)

I was very satisfied with the cleaning services they did in my kitchen area. They are attentive to details, clean and reliable. I got my refrigerator cleaned as well as my pantry and it looks very clean. Their prices are very reasonable and would definitely recommend!

Not Professional, Not responsive, Not responsible for client's belongings. POOR COMMUNICATION!

We began using Kimberly and her team a few months ago. It started off great. We were promised a set amount of people (4) for a specific time. They were very detailed and quick, but after the first few cleanings, we began having issues. The amount of cleaners started to drop (it went from 4, then turned to 3, then to 2). We didn't get any heads up.. they would just show up short staffed. When we mentioned this, she said it was because she had more clients and needed to split the teams. She then added 1 person back as its a decent sized home (3 bdrm, 3.5 bath, + office). They would unplug things (lamps, water cooler, appliances) to plug in the vacuum, etc. but they wouldn't plug them back in. They would clean and move things, but not put them back. We felt like we had to go around the house fixing and plugging things back in after each cleaning, which is a huge inconvenience. Then they started to let themselves out when they were done, but they would leave our front door open (unlocked). At least tell us you're done and we'll lock the door. We found a few things broken throughout the home - a toilet bowl cleaner, window shades, bed leg. No one would ever come to us about them. We had to find the damages ourselves. We found the bed leg just pushed under the window sill. Initially, we just brushed off the damages as they were not a huge deal but after a few times, it needed to be discussed because it continued to happen. When feedback was given to Kimberly, she would just say thank you for the feedback and offer a small discount. We told her we don't care for the money, more for the correction to be made with her team so it doesn't continue to happen, but it did. The last time we used the service, we told Kimberly about new issues - one cleaner opened our kids' closet (never asked them to) and decided to add dirty clothes into a basket full of clean clothes after we said to please leave the basket alone. This unfortunately led to me having to do another 3 loads of laundry. When we mentioned this, Kimberly's response was "the cleaners always open the closet doors". Firstly, no they don't. (1) They never opened any of our closets in any cleaning they did for us (2) this was never mentioned in her proposal or the quote process, and (3) if it was, we would have immediately told them not to as we don't want anyone in our closets. Instead of apologizing and just letting her team know not to do it again, she just made an excuse for it. Then we had new damages found (dent in the wall, another toilet bowl cleaner and a figurine). We texted and asked for a call to discuss or for her to come by to look at the issues whenever she was available. She did not respond. We asked again, and she texted to offer a discount. We asked (for a 3rdtime) for a call or a visit as, again, we don't care for the money. We wanted the damages to stop and for them to at least come to us about them instead of us having to find them throughout our home. Kimberly's reply was "i sent you an email" - where she essentially said she couldn't service us anymore because she did not want any escalation in damages that she would be responsible for and instead of taking responsibility for the damages already done, she basically said "give me proof or i can't help". The negligence displayed is truly appalling and the fact that I now need to sit and review all my security cameras because of her team's negligence is ridiculous. As adults, own up to the damages done because they know what they broke. I have no reason to go around my house and start breaking things just to have to repurchase because as we told her many times, it wasn't about the money. We never asked for a discount. We only wanted the corrections to be made so we wouldn't have any more damages, but when you decide to say "I won't service you because I don't want the damages to escalate," then at least take responsibility for the damages already done.

Hands down the best cleaning service around the area. I use this company for both residential and commercial properties as I am a property manager. Kimberly is professional, proficient and one of the kindest business owners I've met. If you need cleaning for anything, this is the service you should call. 10/10.

I've had teams that were great but slow, fast but expensive, and cheap but shoddy. Only with Kimberly and team, have I been able to find a cleaning team that excels across all 3 pillars of service: quality, speed, and value. Home Sweet Home cleaning services left my entire house spotless and perfectly squeaky clean!!! The staff was absolutely professional and incredibly sweet. Not to mention their work ethic was above and beyond. Turning this into a biweekly service because I am someone who works and goes to school and doesn’y have the time. My grandmother is unable to clean due to her athritis & she is extremely picky……. she absolutely LOVED their work and made her feel so comfortable and happy with the results. I was recommend by a close friend of mine on their cleaning service and I was so happy I did. I live on my own and sometimes it can be hard to stay organized and clean with my busy schedule. They came over to my studio apartment and cleaned uk everything from the kitchen to bathroom. They were not only efficient but very safe with wearing masks and gloves during the process. I will definitely use their services again since they did an amazing job.

Kim and her team did really great! They cleaned the part I was really worried about (aka bathroom), but they managed to clean the tiles for me! They did everything that I didn't even know of and my room is looking really great. Would definitely request them again to do my actual room next time. :)

First off, my fridge looks brand new and it hasn't looked this way in years! They are so thorough when they clean, not to mention detail-oriented. Boy was there a difference. They were so helpful and sweet and these ladies mean business. And in my case, they worked pretty quickly! I've lived in my apartment for years but when I step in it feels totally different and welcoming. I'm so glad I was recommended on their services.
