I recently used their Persian rug cleaning service and had a very smooth experience. My hand-knotted wool rug had a lot of dust and some stains, so it really needed proper cleaning. The team came to my home, picked it up carefully, and explained their rug cleaning process in a simple way. I liked that they clean everything at their factory using modern machines. After about a week, they returned the rug, and it looked much better. The colors were brighter, and the rug felt soft again. The stains were completely gone. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would use their service again.
