Home Services reviews in Hackensack, New Jersey

Bergen Cleaning Solutions is definitely the best cleaning service I have ever used. In the past, I have had cleaning people who would do a great job the first couple of times and then start to slowly do less and less. Erika and her staff have never disappointed! Their prices is comparable to others in the area, but their services supercede the rest. I have been using them for over a year and they have been consistent in their work. Erika runs her business very professionally and I feel this is one of the main reasons her staff works to their highest potential.

I found Erika on the Neighborhood app when looking for someone to clean my home on an as needed basis. Erika needed to see the home first to give an honest quote. She is communicative, on time, respectful, professional and very polite. Her pricing is very fair but she said in order for it to make sense, she would prefer to have us as a regular customer. Today she arrived with another team member and they did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area from top to bottom. She paid great attention to the areas that we overlook or skip over. The house feels brighter, lighter, smells amazing and took the pressure off of me and my family. We've agreed to once a month and will see how it goes but I am very excited to be working with her and looking forward to my home looking amazing.

We had an excellent first experience with Erika and her team! We hired Bergen Cleaning Solutions to do a deep cleaning on my father’s apartment. They were professional, courteous and thorough. Erika is easy to work with and we felt very comfortable with her and her team. They will be coming back monthly. I highly recommend Bergen Cleaning Solutions.

I contacted Jeff about cleaning my grill based on a recommendation from a friend. He responded right away and had me on the schedule quickly. He showed up on time and our grill is cleaner than it's ever been! I have been bothering my husband for almost a year to clean our grill and now I will just call Jeff! Highly recommend.

Jeff was very professional. Great communication-explained everything he was going to do and was true to his word on when he would come. Grill looks amazing! Jeff explained everything that he did- was worth every penny. Loved the service, highly recommend, and will use again for sure.

I had a large outdoor grill that was in desperate need of a deep clean, and Jeff did an amazing job with it! Throughout the whole process Jeff was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to respond. Will definitely be using BBQ Cleaner again once grilling season is over, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional grill cleaning service.

Jeff did a great job in cleaning our barbecue, which has been used for many, many years. It is now working more efficiently than it has in a long time! Jeff responded to our inquiry immediately and serviced the barbecue the very next day. I would highly recommend using Jeff to make your grill work efficiently and look great!

We used Jeff from the BBQ Cleaner twice this year. He came highly recommended to us and now we have experienced it for ourselves. When we first moved into our new home Jeff came to service both outdoor grills -he identified issues and parts that needed to be replaced. He later came back to install all new parts, explained what differences there may be and gave recommendations on what to grill and how. He is very responsive, on time, professional and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. We will be calling him for our annual grill cleaning from now on. Definitely do not hesitate to use the BBQ Cleaner for all of your BBQ needs!

Very pleased with the work Jeff did on our grill. He did a deep clean and got everything back to where it was when we first bought the grill. He was responsive and fit us into his schedule quickly. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Jeff @ The BBQ Cleaner is the best! After I spent years neglecting to do any more than a surface cleaning on my grill, it was in rough shape. A friend let me know this service was available and I immediately called to set up an appointment. Jeff promptly responded and getting a time was easy. He clearly explained the process and was over just a few days later. He took apart the grill and cleaned places I’d never seen. It looks and more importantly cooks like new. I’ll definitely call Jeff back every season. I know it will extend the life of my grill! The convenience and quality of his services are unmatched. Give him a call now!

Jeff from the BBQ Cleaner was professional, communicative and showed up right on time. He was efficient and fast cleaning up my Weber Summit 6 burner grill. He got rid of all the grease and buildout on my flavor bars as well as the most important grease trap. He checked to make sure my grill was in working order and took a little over an hour in handling everything. He accepts multiple forms of payments both traditional and electronic.

I would definitely look forward to hiring him to help maintain and keep my grill as clean and healthy as possible.

Highly recommend Jeff. Has a true passion for doing the best/thorough work. Not cleaned by grille for 10+ years and it lead to a grease fire. Had to use an extinguisher. Jeff did a great job getting it back to a working & clean unit for my family. I’ll be using his service every year now!

Such a great and convenient service! Quick response and easy scheduling. Our grill looks amazing and Jeff was so helpful. Highly recommend to keep your grill working properly.

The very best! Our grill looks brand new. Jeff is a pleasure to do business with and makes it so easy. Highly recommend The BBQ Cleaner - our grill looks beautiful and works so much more efficiently.

This service is excellent. I texted with Jeffrey and two days later he was at my house making my grill sparkle. can’t wait for grilling season with a safe, clean grill!

Hired Jeff to deep clean my traeger which was having issues with flair ups. Was on time, super professional and thorough and my grill is now working back to like it was when it was brand new. Can not recommend Jeff enough, worth every penny. Will be using him at least once a year maybe more!

We had our grill cleaned by Jeff and couldn’t be more impressed. We had neglected to do this for quite a few years so it was not a simple job! The grill is back to performing like new. Look forward to annually working with Jeff to maintain our grill. We have a Weber.

Just used Jeff for the 2nd year in a row and I plan to use him every year. Great work great service!

Jeff did a great job cleaning my bbq which was long overdue. The grill looked almost new when he was done. He was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him and his services.

Jeffrey was terrific -- communicative, prompt and did a solid job cleaning our Weber grill after it came out of storage. He checked to confirm that the grill was operating well. Glad to recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

Second time using Jeff and he did a great job as usual! Was able to get an appointment right away. He came early, did a thorough cleaning of our grill which now looks amazing! The before and after is incredible. Well worth it!!! Will definitely be using again.
