They originally quoted me once price and then charged me for work they didn't do. I was so upset. What a rip off! Poor service too. I was very unhappy :(

Excellent drain cleaning - Professional and Courteous - On Time and very reliable - I have to say that I have used other drain cleaners in the past and none were as good as Pedro from Drain Doctor - he came on time, cleaned my drain in a flash, with no mess - he also gave me good advise as to what to do with my drains in the future - I highly recommend Pedro and Drain Doctor and as for price they were very reasonable for a Sunday morning

These guys were not able to clear a blockage that another company was able to and wouldn’t answer questions, didn’t clean up after themselves, leaving a huge mess. They are really overpriced. Seemed to want to just rush and get paid. The only thing I will say is that they show up on time. Really unfortunate that this place was recommended to me.

Pedro was able to unclogged the drain fast . It’s was also a very reasonable price for the labor. I would definitely recommend him .

Tech came to look at sewer back up and didn’t look at toilet nor did you address options to snake thru toilet. He was not friendly nor was he very professional until I asked him to leave. Good luck with your future service needs

I'm not gonna lie...today did not start out great. What I thought was a clogged utility sink in my basement/laundry room turned out to be a sewage pipe clog. As I saw the brown sludge-like water seep into the carpet I thought for sure it would be an extremely gross and costly fix. Thankfully Drain Doctor was recommended to me. Pedro and Miguel arrived as scheduled and got to work flushing out the old, rusted, tightly clogged pipe. They got the job done quickly and as cleanly as possible. The cost was reasonable as well. We would hire them again anytime.

Pedro saved the day. Called several places on a Saturday evening at 7 pm with my garbage disposal backing up.. my bathroom sink and tub filling with filthy water...other places told me, sorry, see ya tomorrow...but Pedro showed up in a little over an hour and helped us out. ... I was first skeptic about so many 5-star reviews here. But I had no choice, because my toilet, kitchen, and shower water are all backing up at the basement utility sink, and I know this drain problem is beyond the level of normal plumbing work. The utility sink was about to explode all over the basement.
So I called Drain Doctor. Pedro came earlier than scheduled. He immediately figured out the problem, and found the main sewer line. He then unclogged the main line using his huge snake that I have never seen before.
The total cost is like the plumber's typical invoice 10 years ago despite all the inflation these days.
I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing, and his service is exceptionally cost-effective.
