I had a sewage backup at my main. I called at 8am. Pedro and his partner arrived in an hour. They cleared the roots and my drains were clear in less than 15 minutes. It was fast, easy and reasonably priced.

I had a clogged toilet. They showed up and unclogged it in under 4 mins. Four days later the toilet is clogged again. Called them back but being told there is no guarantee on toilets, and have to pay them to come back again.

It would be nice to have a 7day guarantee on toilets. This place doesn't guarantee even a single day. BEWARE!

From my initial call to how quickly the guys arrived, to getting the job done, everything was excellent! Pedro was awesome, friendly, professional and just an all around pleasure. They arrived literally within the hour and unclogged my kitchen drain so quick. Its not every day you get excellent service like this. I will be sure to recommend to everyone I know!!!

We have used Pedro at Drain Doctor many times and he has always done a superb job. He arrives quickly & takes care of the problem immediately. I just recently called them & a very nice woman answered the phone. She also called me before he headed over which was within the hour. I feel their prices are very reasonable.

Pedro was a life saver when our sewer line backed up one evening. He was there within two hours, checked everything over and cleared it out. He was also very helpful explaining what happened and how we could determine the cause of it were to happen again. While I hope I don’t have to call Pedro again any time soon, he was fantastic and I’m so grateful for his help and expertise.

Called Drain Doc on a Friday night. My 92 yr old father had a clogged waste line putting 2 bathrooms out of service. Pedro showed up at 11 pm. Snaked the line like a pro and to say his price was fair is an understatement. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

He was professional, courteous, and clearly knows his stuff. He managed to get things under control that night and then came back the next day to fully finish the job and make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s so hard to find reliable service these days, but Pedro went above and beyond. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled plumber!

Second time calling, and this guy is amazing. Came out short notice on a Saturday and cleared a difficult and potentially damaging drain clog in our basement. I also appreciate that he explains what the issues are so that I can learn more about my home.

Absolutely the worst plumbing experience imaginable. This so-called plumber (Pedro) took my money, failed miserably at fixing my clogged sink, and managed to make the problem even worse before leaving without a solution blaiming old pipes inside the walls. The service was sloppy, unprofessional, and completely useless – after an hour of work, not only did the sink remain clogged, but the situation deteriorated further. When confronted, the plumber demanded double the agreed upon payment and called the cops and made a scene for the entire neighborhood, taking zero responsibility for the shoddy work. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off and left with an even bigger mess than when you started. Save yourself the headache and never, ever call this plumber. You've been warned!

Call in the morning asking for their help with 2 clogs- kitchen and bathroom sink. They came on the same day, quickly solved the issue and also educated us on the possible causes of the cloggings.
Will definitely call again if we need anything. Strongly recommend Pedro and his team!

Highly recommend, Pedro, and Miguel saved the day. With water backing up with every flush, or faucet turned on, this could have ended badly. I happened upon them on a google search, being local to where I reside, I just called, hoping for the best, with an approaching snow storm. Pedro said give me a few hours, and true to his word, they arrived, and went right to work. They worked in tandem, and within an hour, good as new!!! They advised going forward the proper maintenance needed, but never once made me feel pressured into anything. Completely satisfied, the one call you need to make for all your drainage issues!!!!
