Another great experience. Had our A/C system replaced. The team was professional, pleasant and respectful of our house. We have used them many times over the last 20 years. Love the 24/7 emergency service when needed. Would highly recommend them for heating and A/C work.

This is my first time using Wickersheim & Sons Plumbing although I see their trucks everywhere. They arrived on-time, were kind and professional, and did a great job! I was completely satisfied with their services and intend to use them again for my next repair. From the initial contact until the end, it was a pleasure dealing with this company. We had a leak in a pipe from the furnace in our basement bathroom ceiling Wickersheim plumbing sent 2 young men who worked to replace the pipe and had to go into our crawl space. They worked tirelessly to get the pipes replaced and get our heat back on. They were here for several hours. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible experience and the owner- SCOTT is very rude. This company installed two in wall units and after installation each year the machine would need refrigerant due to a leak in unit. Wickersheim would not backup their product and stated they could not do much only fill refrigerant since they could not find the leak. After a yearly issue, I attempted to speak with SCOTT -the owner- over the phone- HE WAS SUPER RUDE. Before I can voice my concern, HE said we cannot do anything you need a new unit and we are not fixing it thats the end of it and hung up the phone. That was definitely not the way to result an issue but since the unit is paid already they do not care about the customer. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SCOTT does not care about the customer. Do not waste your money with this company

I had a fantastic experience with Wickersheim and Sons! From the initial phone call with Dolores to the quick, reliable service from Kyle and Izzy, everything was seamless. When we had no heat, they came out super quickly and saved the day. The service was top-notch, and the technicians, Kyle and Izzy, were incredibly kind and professional. They identified the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot. I couldn’t be happier with their quick response and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Is there is a reason your truck has to block a road by the county Jail at Rush hour in Hackensack while the two dummies in the truck wash and clean themselves in the street blocking traffic then speeding up River Street like Mad Max dangerously swerving in and out of traffic? If there is , please let the people know.

I couldn't be happier with the response and service that I received when my old steam boiler completely failed last week. From the initial call, in less than 2 hours, I received a service call and diagnosis of the problem, which I knew after 35 years of service from the old unit, would be a replacement. I received a qoute for a new replacement bolier the following morning. Signed the contract the morning of the next business day, and the new boiler was delivered to the house by noon, with work beginning that afternoon. From start to finish the whole process took less than a week. The installation was performed in a neat and professional manner. The house was protected with drop cloths and was left clean as if they were never there. The new boiler looks, and so far, works fantastic. Many thanks to Joe and Kyle, and the entire Wickersheim crew. You did a fantastic job.

A neighbor recommended Wickersheim to me. Two prior plumbers and PSEG had been unable to diagnose why my new boiler was constantly losing water and why my radiators were leaking every day. Wickersheim fit me in on the day that I called and were very pleasant on the phone. Alex and Peter not only figured out what was wrong, they noticed that PSEG had made an error when installing the low water detector. They fixed the problems and tested their work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Wickersheim.

I cannot recommend Wickersheim & Sons enough. The boiler in my family's home died in the middle of the recent cold-snap, leaving five of us (and three pets) without heat. The folks at Wickersheim & Sons were able to quickly fit us in, and spent nearly twelve hours straight removing and replacing the unit. They were prompt, friendly, and effective. They easily could have leveraged our need for warmth to extract a higher cost from us, but their pricing was fair, and they left the space cleaner than they found it (which is remarkable, if you know how much work it is to replace a 35 year old boiler). Will use them again in the future without a moment's hesitation.
