Reviews of local pros in Harrison, New Jersey

Willy and his team are the BEST! Very thorough and they cleaned both floors of my two family spotless. They're also very friendly, efficient and just great. I will only use this service because they are always awesome, thanks so much! I highly recommend!

Totally Cleaning Services was friendly, professional and made sure to accommodate my schedule. I walked into my freshly Totally Cleaning cleaned apartment and instantly smiled at how clean and organized they made my apartment look and feel. Thank you Totally Cleaning Services! I recommend them.

WOW! They did an amazing job. Most cleaning services send 1 cleaner, this service used 3 cleaners to ensure that the job is done well and it's done in a timely manner. They cleaned a 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment and it looks, feels, and smells like new. While it usually takes someone 3 - 4 hours to clean this place, it took them an hour and a half and it looks WAY cleaner then it normally does when using other services. Highly recommend. Willie, the owner is also amazing.

First time cleaning my son's apartment and everything went perfectly. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned quickly and efficiently. Apartment looks like it did when he moved in. Any questions we had were answered immediately and everything was handled very professionally. Another appointment has already been booked. I highly recommend Totally Cleaning Services - Harrison & Jersey City.

William and his team helped me with moving-out and moving-in cleaning. They are simply the best! Very thorough and deep cleaning. Everything was clean and shining after their service and they even made my beds! Will definitely keep going back and will also recommend them to my friends!

I was skeptical of using any cleaning service as I have never done it before, especially during Covid but Willy and his crew of hardworking ladies were fast and thorough and worked around us. They were mindful of our newborn as well. They wore masks and kept a distance while we were inside our apt. The service itself was superb for our 1 bedroom 800sq.ft. apt at a good price compared to many others that quoted me and got it done in about 2hrs.
I plan to use their services again in the near future and likely on a recurring basis. I chose their service initially from the awesome reviews here and here I am posting one myself. Great job.

I have lived in my condo for 14 years and have NEVER been satisfied with a Cleaning service until today. Willie is extremely professional. Him and his team were super thorough going above and beyond a basic cleaning. The price was so reasonable I gave them an extra $20 tip because they really deserved it. I would recommend them to everyone. This says alot as I am very very picky and never satisfied with a cleaning service. Thankfully that changed today. Thank you Willie and team!

Very Professional Cleaning Service! They do a fantastic job cleaning. For years every time they care of every little space! I highly recommend if you are looking for an excellent and reliable cleaning service.

Had Willy and his team come to my apartment. It was a team of four they brought their own products came in did a great job no complaints it was really fast and good quality work! Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a good & reliable cleaning service. I have now booked them to come regularly to my house to clean.

William is fantastic on many levels and it has been great working with him for the past 2 years while in Jersey City. First the quality of the work he and team does is fantastic. Not only does he clean well, but the team are very creative with putting together my kids rooms with cute toy layouts each time. They are the right mix of careful and responsible and made decisions to move things and maneuver around the property as they worked without needing to ask me about what to do every 2 seconds. He communicates well and is willing to work with changing schedules. I have no reservations in recommending William and team! If we were still in Jersey City then I'd never change.

Willy and his crew came on time and cleaned my apartment incredibly fast and did an incredible job. Apartment looks better than when I moved in. He is responsive, professional, and has fair pricing. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for cleaning services around Harrison/Jersey City.

Amazing cleaning company!! This company did such a great job. This is the only company I can trust to do an outstanding job. The crew is very kind, friendly, polite, and respectful. They include the supplies and are also pet friendly. They cleaned every spot I could possibly find. Very detailing. The best company ever. Thank you so much for the hard work you have done. I most definitely recommend!!

William and his team did an OUTSTANDING job on my sons’ new rental. This was a really bad situation that we discovered when they moved in. The work performed was top notch and was worth every nickel. We are very grateful.

Totally cleaning services did an amazing job at my house! Instead of just bringing 1 cleaner like other companies, this company brought 3 cleaners to my house and finished in about an hour and a half. They are so professional and they use the best cleaning products. Willie is the owner, he was very polite and he is very pet-friendly as well. I have never found a cleaning company this amazing! My house is spotless. I definitely recommend this cleaning company and I will be using them again!

Willy and his team of hardworking ladies did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment. Willy is friendly, professional and accommodating. The ladies that were cleaning even found $200 under my bed (money I may have lost a while back) and placed the bills on my nightstand. So on top of the great work they do, they also have great integrity. Prices are very reasonable. Left my place looking spotless and smelling amazing. Highly recommend to anyone!

I’m impressed with these people. They are life savers.
I never had my house cleaned by professionals before but Totally Cleaning Services made it like a dream literally. I was amazed at how spotless everything was. Willie didn’t have an available appointment same day because I called last minute but he made it possible to come with his team. I’m so glad I found them.

The whole process was so easy, they came on time and what I liked the most is that they were very friendly and cleaned everything with their own supplies. They really helped me out . I’m absolutely calling them back and recommending them to my family and friends. Good value!!!

I’m more than satisfied!! The girls were able to clean my 1b1b apartment in 2hrs. They even vacuumed the under-bed area thoroughly. My bathtub, stovetop and countertop are so shiny. The owner, Willy, is very friendly, he responded to my inquiry fast and offered a very reasonable price. Definitely try if you live in the area.

One of the best cleaning companies; I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with; not just do they go far and above as a cleaning service, but are an absolute pleasure to deal with . Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable a wonderful experience.

The owner couple and other staff are very nice, their job was done quickly and efficiently, especially compared with the cost. Will work with them again. Thanks.

I considered myself a handy person and can do cleaning fine, until I met Willie and his folks for a moving clean.

I was extremely impressed by their thoroughness, attention to details and professionalism. From the corner of the wall to the venting fence, they caught every detail I neglected and did an amazing job. The value of their service is way beyond the price they charge. I'd definitely recommend them for home cleaning. These folks are awesome!

Totally Cleaners performed move in and move out cleanings for us in March 2025. They were absolutely phenomenal, thorough, prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They were very responsive over email and phone. Both of our homes were not in the best state, but Willie and his team really transformed the spaces with a deep clean. We were truly stunned by the work they did in the apartment we moved from; it was a total disaster, but they were professional and made it like new again.

They went above and beyond with communication, depth of cleaning, and they take your satisfaction very seriously. During a stressful time, they gave a great peace of mind with their professionalism, communication, and excellent work. Rates are reasonable, especially with the high quality of service. They accept Zelle. We regret not calling them sooner and I will certainly use them for future services and highly recommend them to anyone to use. Thank you!
