Chris from Signature was very good. Appreciated that when we had a problem they were able to accommodate sending Chris back the next day to complete our installation. He did a great job installing a dishwasher for us including fixing and electrical issue.

Rick Neville provided excellent service and superior workmanship. He was knowledgeable about what was needed to solve my problem. The work was done in a timely fashion and the work area was spotless when Rick left. Mostly importantly he fixed the problem. I would definitely call Signature for my next plumbing job.

Rick added a new water line to supply an outdoor faucet and added a stop valve to it. The work was quick and clean. Would recommend.

I never updated my review. Unfortunately the work was not done correctly and we had to have him come back and fix it. Then we used him again and the same thing happened but I had to call another plumber to fix the issue.

Our washing machine recently started flooding our basement whenever it dumped water into the utility sink due to a partial clog in the drain pipe. I tried plunging and snaking it myself but I couldn't fix it, so I called in the professional. Rick was able to clear the pipe and share some maintenance tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. We can now do laundry with peace of mind again. I felt like the cost of the service was fair and I would use this service again in the future if and when the need arises.

This is now my go to plumber. Very responsive, reasonable pricing, and the work was top notch. Not a bad word to say.

I had a pipe clogged and I tried every thing I could to fix it. I called Rich and he came out the same day. Not only did he fixed the clog in no time, he went around the house with me and answered many other questions I had about the plumbing in my house. He was polite, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He was great with my dogs too! I really couldn’t recommend Signature Plumbing more. 6/5 stars!

Rick was absolutely fantastic! Did a quality job, didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to really explain what he was going to do and things to keep in mind going forward. He also pointed out some other areas of concern to be on the lookout for but didn’t try to push them as being emergencies that needed fixing by him immediately today. Very genuine and very fair pricing (the best of the several plumbers in the area I got quotes from). He truly values not ripping people off as you can tell he is an authentic and genuine person. Rick was absolutely fantastic! Did a quality job, he was suppose to change the whole house water filter, he explained that how he can make it the right way instead of just replacing as is, he didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to really explain what he was going to do and what will be the benefits, he changed our Kitchen basin faucet and alao suggested some modifications to have separate hot water shut off valve for faucet amd dishwasher, he did that fix as well, he also changed a bathroom shutoff valve which was not working. great work with decent pricing, felt great about his work and explanation. Will recommend and will use him for any future work.

Great service! Knowledgeable and friendly. Rich is a true professional! He explained everything he was gonna do and offered a couple different solutions. We greatly appreciate him going over it so thoroughly with us so we could understand the solution. He respected our home and cleaned up after himself.
