I don't know if this is a mistake or a scam but they are trying to charge 500 dollars for shipping when it shouldn't be more than ten.....

You will back into a building . Not too bad. A little tight! People there are cool. I delivered there. No problem.
-
Sales Man will try to sale you what He wants no what you need.. also to pick the order takes more than 2hrs.

Quick unloading.
Receiving is on the side street. Docks are wide. Easy to backup with 53' trailer.
Thanks to Jose for his professionalism. -
Mr. Samuels (salesperson) is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. He has an attitude and he raises his voice because he thinks he is better than the person asking questions. You should put a person willing to help, not asking for a clown to jump up and down when somebody goes in, but at least make your customer (s) feel welcome. He does not even says hello or ask you if you need help! Super rude...not coming back in there for anything else.

Little confusing to get here!
Take harrison avenue then left on 1st street then left on essex st then rightpn 2nd street. No overnight parking -
Love this place. Yes, they have a fancy showroom in Fairfield, but the warehouse in Harrison including the clearance section are where it's at. Paul Samuels is a patient sales guy. It's best if you know what you want. Pricing is very good too!

I gotta say these guys came through for me with the parts and the service not only once but twice in one day. They did charge me a Warranty Processing fee of $40 each time, not sure how common that is in the industry but, hey, I needed the parts.

Man if you got a 53 trailer and sleeper i don’t recommend it. Day cabs all day not only tight but cars in the way like you’re supposed to magically get it in. 1 star for the Spanish gentleman trying help but when I got stuck he left lol. Everyone will say oh they do it everyday but don’t think of sleepers smh. Never again delivering here. Have a good day drivers. Also plan accordingly before coming gps will put you on streets you’re not supposed. Read all signs!!!

I ordered a new toilet from AF Supply. I received the toilet in two shipments (bowl and tank). The toilet bowl was obviously used. I have pictures showing the staining on the toilet bowl. I was under the impression I was receiving a new item. I called the company as soon as I opened the box, and I emailed the company pictures after being hung up on by Kimberly R, and she did not reply to my emails. Called back the same day and was told be an unknown named woman that I would get a refund for the bowl and that I could throw out the one I received since it was used. I emailed yesterday before close of business day because I hadn’t received an official word about the refund, with no response. I called back today in the morning and was told that the refund person wasn’t in the office and would call me back as soon as they got in. I called back at 1615 EST since it’s Friday and was told that they wouldn’t give me a refund, they would send me a new bowl and I would have to mail the old one back. Which I was trying to avoid because it was packaged very well, and the box ripped due to it being staples closed. I told them at this point I wanted to return the whole thing (if I have to mail part of it back I’d rather mail back the whole thing and get a full refund) because of their atrocious customer service, and they advised me they would have to put in a request with their return department on Monday. I almost threw the boxes out because I was told yesterday they would refund me for the bowl and I would be able to just put the used bowl they sent me in the trash. I’d hate for them to have me return it so they can mail somebody else the same used toilet. It’s disgusting and inexcusable.

Do not buy an AMERICH tub, after communicating with Paul and AMERICH representative Chris Mezzapesa regarding holes that appeared on our tub after only one year of use they offer no solutions for repair. They don't back up their product and how could this not be manufacturing defect? They sent the following message:
Thank you for the pictures, although I have some bad news…. This is not a manufacturing defect. I am unsure what caused those holes, but I am certain that is not repairable. Even if a repair is attempted by a local company, over time it will not hold causing leak issues.
I would suggest contacting AF Supply to see if there is anything they can do to replace that tub. They can call me or Americh with further questions to see what we can do to help.

The AF Supply, Harrison location, is great. The showroom manager, Paul Samuels, was excellent. Paul was responsive to all my requests and went above an beyond to provide great customer service. Paul was thoughtful to take into consideration my renovation needs to make recommendations that more suitable to the project. The prices were great too!

Incredible customer service from Ashley! I ordered the wrong part and AF Supply made the return and refund process very easy. I will be a future customer and highly recommend this business. Thank you AF Supply for being one of the few companies that understands GREAT Customer Service.

I strongly recommend that you do NOT order anything from AF Supply. The condition this item was delivered in was appalling. While the item was not damaged (unbelievably - and only bc it is made out of enameled steel), the box was FILTHY and opened and ripped on the top AND the sides, revealing the tub wall and top. In fact, there was dirt and debris on the base of the inside of the tub (dirt, leaves, etc). I'm honestly really surprised AF Supply felt comfortable even shipping this item to me in the condition it's in. Clearly, they don't care about quality control or the condition of their items before they're sent to you.
Not only that, the delivery people will do the absolute bare minimum. Do not expect them to do any more than drop it in your driveway. They are "not allowed" to move it into your home or onto a porch. So, if you don't have a garage, ensure you have extra help to move this item to a covered location.
I will never order from this company again, and I recommend that you do not order from them. -
We received our plumbing products after confirming that was the color we actually wanted. They were very helpful on the phone and very quick to ship and a great price. I would definitely buy and deal with them anytime!

Don’t place an order online.
I ordered an important part for my heating system but they shipped the wrong item to me. Instead of sending the correct item to me quickly I then had to spend a week with their tracking department submitting pictures, printing return label and dropping off the wrongly shipped item to a drop off center before they would ship me my part. Over a week later after running around fixing their mistake and having to call them each time to get to the next step in the process each time because they don’t respond to email - there is still no part shipped to me that I ordered originally about two weeks ago. They won’t even upgrade the shipping class of the item I ordered over two weeks ago to try to make up for the mistake, hassle they put on me to resolve it and lack of responsiveness on their part. -
Great customer service. I worked with Christy. Part was shipped quickly. Follow up was top notch. I highly recommend working with this company.

Horrible plumbing supply store, mostly due to customer support. I received merchandise in an open box with missing gaskets. They told me to return the entire valve at my expense but no other valves were available for replacement. Decided to keep the valve (had to proceed with irrigation) only to find out it was defective after installing. I returned the valve and fought the company for 8 weeks before receiving a credit minus $100 for no provided reason. BEWARE!

This place is not for rookies...tide place, low bridges if you take the wrong route... best way Harrison ave to 1st st then left to 2nd st ...they got two places ... follow car GPS because truck GPS gets crazy

If you need a part quickly I wouldn't order from them. My boiler stopped working on the Saturday before Christmas. I ordered the small part I needed to fix it from AF Supply on Monday. I spoke to 3 people who told me it shouldn't be a problem to ship that day so I get it fast. I got an email the next day that a label had been created but it had not been delivered to the Post Office. I am writing this the day after Christmas, and the Post Office still doesn't have the shipment in hand. I understand it's Christmas, people take time off, and offices are understaffed, but don't lie to your customers and say you can do something when you can't, especially when we're talking about heating a home in the winter. I could have -- and should have -- ordered from someone else.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The receptionists are very friendly, but when you have to deal with the warehouse staff, it's as if the customers' time is worthless. They ignore you to the point where you have to go inside to pick up your order. They have no idea about customer service. I don't recommend this place at all.
