Richard is an honest and hardworking plumber. His company followed up, checked to ensure we were happy with the service provided and charged a fair price. That may not seem like a glowing review but in a business where customers are often ignored, charged unfairly and subject to poor work Richards company rises head and shoulders above the rest!

Rick is awesome and I call him for any of my plumbing needs. I have also recommended him to anyone that I see looking for a plumber. He is honest, fair, and well seasoned for any plumbing job.

Rick at Signature Plumbing has now done two projects for me. He has been great with scheduling, keeping time and explaining project involvement. He’s talked through options very clearly for repair and replacements, did a great job and kept the areas clean. Highly recommend!

We had an undifferentiated issue with our plumbing into the sprinkler system... turns out it was a ball valve issue. I reached out to Rick, and he responded quickly, arranging to come out readily.

He was professional and easy to work with. Rick arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue, making sure he understood exactly what was going on before taking any steps. His thoroughness and attention to detail were impressive; he didn't rush through anything or jump to conclusions. I called with a significant issue that had been lingering for weeks due to another plumber failing to do the work - Rick answered right away and was at my house within an hour. Another hour went by, and my issue was resolved!

Rick was very knowledgeable and responsive. We had an estimate scheduled in the afternoon but actually ran into some issues in the morning and he was able to come out earlier. We got a shut off valve added and a pvc repair - fair pricing and well done. We’ll definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing needs!
