To all truck drivers who are coming for the first time to deliver or picking up the loaded.Drive on I-280 and keep it -Harrison Ave, turn left — S 1~st St, drive straight. Turn left again to Burlington St and finally turn right and there will be the delivery arrival . You don't need to look at everything that the truck navigator shows for the delivery location because everything that the navigator shows is a No Trucks sign. I also drove up to this sign and in the end I had to leave the exact line to get to my destination.

I had a disappointing experience with AF Supply. I found a product listed at a price online and made the purchase. The next morning, AF supply contacted me, informing me that they would not honor the online price.

Their refusal to honor their advertised prices is misleading and unprofessional. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when we discussed the price discrepancy.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend AF Supply as they clearly do not uphold their advertised pricing or prioritize fair customer treatment. Purchase from any other supplier.

I see I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this guys. I ordered a Gerber pressure balance cartridge for my shower a while back and it took them more than a week to ship it. Which for me this is unacceptable, yes you’re reading right; more than a week, just to get it shipped!. So once they shipped it, I was glad that it came quick and in a fancy package. But the nightmare started as soon as I opened the package, from looking at what was inside I knew right away that; it wasn’t what I ordered. So as you can imagine, they sent me the wrong piece. And I’ve email them right away to the same email I got with the order confirmation and I got a response, saying that if I wanted to return it I had to send an email to a different email address which she provided, (Melissa). And so I did that last week, I gave a couple of days for them to answer. After a couple of more days I email them again, stating what happened and sent some pics of the differences between what I ordered and what they sent me. And to this day, Tuesday September 21, 2021; no response, what a great Custumer Service they have, Amazing! And let’s not forget that, shouldn’t someone in that place make sure that they sent the right order, before it goes out and since they take several days to ship it. At least that’s what I think; or at least say we don’t have in stock, even though the website shows it’s available. Instead of Wasting people’s money and time. So if you ever order something from them, be prepared for a surprise or you might want to spend your money somewhere else.

Avoid ordering from here if you can. I put in an order for 2 parts which never shipped due to 1 of them actually being out of stock. The automated order cancelation email looks almost exactly the same as the order confirmation email and they make no effort to reach out about it. Since there was no guarantee the 1 item would stay in stock and they refused to hold it till the other item came back, i had to pay for shipping twice for each of the 2 items that i had originally made 1 order for.

Ordered an indirect water heater from them. $1800. I got the water heater, but the box of parts... never shipped according to FedEx freight. Emailed, called 5 times now. I have had no hot water in my house for 4 days now due to this. Everytime I call they say they are looking into it. I have zero faith I will get the parts so I am heading to my credit card company for a refund instead.
What a shame, it was a easy experience to shop, buy and have delivered.... if I only got my entire order.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt initially, but when he still didn't show by 11:00a, I decided to call him again after being disconnected. Unfortunately, he couldn't recall my name and claimed that I had canceled the job through his office.

He assured me that he would look into the mistake, but an hour went by with no follow-up call. It took calling the office for someone to return my call and apologize. The technician then called back, asking to reschedule, which was the only thing that got him out of there.

However, when the work was supposed to be done on the next day, he told me that his boss wouldn't approve for him to complete it at the original price. This lack of professionalism and consideration left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend using this company to anyone under any circumstances.
