We were so happy with the work performed by Pro Volt Electrical. From setting up the service call with Jonathan to confirming the appointment with Colleen it was absolutely seamless. The work was done meticulously and in a timely manner and Hugo and Alex were polite and respectful of the property. Thank you Pro Volt...A Job Well Done.

First rate - pleasant, down-to-earth, informed me that what I thought I needed wasn't exactly correct, solved the problem he was called to solve, and everything works. And I called on a Monday and they were here the next day, Tuesday. Very happy, will use again.

I called Monday morning and requested an appointment. Colleen, the receptionist was very efficient and helpful. Although they didn’t have an appointment available for a few days, my appointment was confirmed with a text and email.
The morning of the visit I received a text that the truck was en route and included name and picture.
Two very pleasant men arrived, Benjamin and Steven, they were professional, pleasant and keep me posted on what they were doing, and the remedy. They did multiple jobs in my house, including replacing a bathroom light socket and a new fixture, repairing my carbon monoxide detectors so they all communicated with each other, and vacuuming out several ceiling heating fans. Really great service, I would highly recommend.

Provolt came to our house and was able to add a line for a future subpanel install (at a later date). Provolt was scheduled for later in the week.

They called and notified us that their crew finished another job earlier and would be able to get to our job a few days earlier.

Pro Volt is a great company to work with they do their best to get out to you inside of a week. Very happy with the service used them several times and never any problems. Quality of the work is first rate and they always work in pairs which I like. Speeds up the job but also second set of eyes. You can never be too careful with electrical work.

Came the day after I called. Gave me all the info I needed ahead of time. The electricians who came were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, making sure not to turn off my WiFi when I had a meeting. Fixed the problem quickly and the price was what I expected and totally appropriate. I could not ask for a better experience!

Billy and Kelvin showed up on time and were professional. Billy is a licensed electrician and was able to wire the multiple lines needed to a single light switch. Billy also noticed a loose breaker in my panel, which he tightened. Scheduling was easy and pricing was fair, and I would use them again.

Professional from beginning to end! Jonathan from ProVolt came out to look at the site in order to prepare the estimate. He was on time, courteous, and made some great suggestions.
I received my quote the same night and it was more than reasonable. I hit accept on the email and got a call the next day from Colleen to schedule the job. On the day of the install, Ben and Alex arrived on time and ready to go. They were very personable, polite, and got right to work.
They explained everything to me, made sure I understood everything, and went back through and double checked their work before leaving. Wish I could give them more stars!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I’ve had 3 other companies come in to solve an issue and these guys knocked it out quickly. They also installed a Tesla wall charger for me. Perfect installation. Neat and tidy. Oh yeah, their price was $500-1000 less than competing quotes.
