Recently purchased a new home a week ago and it came with some electrical quirks that needed to be sorted out. In my previous residence I used Pro Volt for some issues so I knew who to call to help me out this time. Hugo and Steve showed up early and listened to my concerns. They got to work right away, working in a clean, careful, and efficient manner. They even tied up a few odds and ends for me that I didn’t ask for in my original call. Very pleased with the work they did and have already recommended them to others in need. Thanks again!

7/30/25:

Had Hugo come back for some additional work and besides doing what I asked him to do, he inspected another section of basement for me and found some concerning and inappropriate electrical installations done by the previous home owner. Hugo’s thoroughness and expert remediation potentially saved my family from disaster. Jonathan (the owner) and his receptionists are also wonderful and were able to put me at ease and deal with my anxiety over this manner. 10/10 service. On time, helpful, educational, and clean. These guys are the pros!

Hugo and his team are very professional. They came to my home to change an outlet from 2-3 prongs. They wore shoe booties and answered all our questions. Got the job done right away. I’m definitely using them for any future electrical issues. Thank you

We hired Pro Volt to install recessed lighting in our family room and kitchen, and also had them install in-ceiling speakers for our home theater. They did a fabulous job. Pleasure to work with, and love how neat they were, too! Didn't leave any mess, did a great job with everything. Will definitely have them back for any future electrical needs.

We waited over two months for our regular electrician to replace our bathroom fan. After too much phone tag, we reached out to ProVolt and they did not disappoint! Our bathroom fan was old and the replacement parts were discontinued.
The two electricians from ProVolt were very courteous, neat and worked hard to find the replacement fan we needed. This was a complicated job and ProVolt did an amazing job. We highly recommend them!

Peter and Steve arrived at the right time. Jumped right into finding my problem. I had new floors put in and they loosened a connection in my crawl space. They checked everything systematically then had to climb in crawlspace repair wiring. They kept me in the loop all the way. I can’t say enough about these guys. Great experience from the start with Chris who provided an estimate for over 30 recessed lights, lights in 8 closets with switches, and other small additional repairs. He was very detailed and thorough. Billy and Dylan were the electricians on site and their communication was excellent - they marked exactly where I wanted the lights and called me if any unexpected changes arose. Left the job site clean and tidy each day. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth and easy interaction! Pro Volt will be my go-to electrician for any home projects.

Used Prvolt to run low voltage for my new yard, upgrade electrical, 2 new spot lights, and mark electrical panel. They communicated the plan and sent a reasonable quote.

They told me and sent a link when crew was on the way and provided updates on progress. They came during inspections and completed the work as requested.

These guys show up on time, do good work pretty quickly, and clean up after themselves. Total pros, and willing to explain stuff to customers. I've had them to my house three times for different things. Not cheap, but I don't know if any good electrician would be. And they didn't try to sell me on bells and whistles I didn't need.

Incredibly grateful to Dave and Jon as well as the electricians who came to complete work on my home. From the initial follow up all, to the assessment, to the quote, to the work itself, they were candid from the beginning about what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. A rare thing these days to find contractors who make you feel safe and secure about choosing them.

Electrician was very nice but owner likes to direct job from home office without visiting he determined to charge 3 times trip fee even though I agreed with analysis and paid in full without any resolution. Instead of fixing going outlet they were instructed to disable outlet and leave it for a 3rd
opportunity to charge.

Owner got on phone and insisted on letting me know how it works. I run businesses that use elections, plumbers and hvac guys all the time and this is a way to charge fees on top of job which after 2 visits I had to let them go due to greedy guy in office thinking he can take advantage determined by last name no thanks buddy

Great company and very reliable! They installed my Tesla home charger in a timely fashion as well as a missing weatherhead 1 day after I called them! Super convenient, professional, and easy to schedule. Every time I have called their office, I get a person on the phone who is always able to help me. Thanks again guys!
