We agreed a replacement was necessary. Given the timing was late winter and somewhat urgent, Jay assured me he'd be back early Monday morning to install both the furnace and air-conditioning unit, which we also decided needed replacing. On the next day, Jay showed up on time again and completed the job within hours. His team was extremely professional, reliable, and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
Jay and his team did a great job. The issue was quickly identified and the right parts selected to fit my furnace and home. They were in and out within 24 hours and now my house is producing cold, filtered air after a few hot days without AC. I'm very satisfied with their service.
