He was prompt and explained what the job required. Completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and charged a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend him.

The work done stopped working only 5 months later. Very slow to come and fix it, and they still demanded money to fix what they fixed before. On top of that, they are very expensive and they only give good rate over the phone but things change when the work is done. Do not use them!

Professional, quick, and complete. Scheduled work following a reasonable estimate for garage lighting and GFCI outlets (interior and exterior). Happy with the results. Hired Anna Electric/Ed previously, too. Will use again for additional projects.

Edward replaced my panel and supanel (100). I paid him $2000 (cash) He was supposed to replace circuit oulets in kitchen but he did not. I called him and he said he would return to change them but he didnt. About a week later I called him again and left a message reminding him but I havent heard from him. Also his handwriting was illegible so Im not sure which breakers control power to different appliances/rooms in my house.

Did a DIY mini split install needing a disconnect box outside. Ed came same day and buttoned everything up inside 2 hours. He even had to install a sub panel and went BACK out for supplies on a 90 degree day to make sure it was right. This guy doesn't cut corners. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏻

I had a backup generator installed by Anna Electric, LLC - The guys were very professional and the project was completed on time. Ed was very helpful in filling all the required forms for township as well as utility company. Overall it has been a very good experience.

Anna Electric has saved me on two recent occasions, both related to urgent repairs required as part of a real estate inspection. In both cases, response time was within minutes, with repairs conducted during weekend hours. Ed is concise and professional. Rates and quality of work are both exceptional. If you have a short list of go-to electricians, Anna Electric should be at the top.

Whether they where installing a few high hats, rewiring our outdoor lighting, changing out our pool pump or upgrading our service panel we can always count on them to be on time, clean and price us fair. Their electricians have become regular visitors who we can trust to do their job and lock up when we're not home. We have recomended them to friends and family (commercial work too) and all have been happy. Wish all contractors were like these guys.

I had Lance replace my old A/C and Heating unit five years ago. I have been experiencing issues since then with the unit where the blower motor makes a load thumbing noise. Missing Freon from the system . Humidifier not working . Lance came to look at the system about two years ago and told me all was working fine as i took their word for it . Now the problems are back. I had another company come and take a look at the issues and was told nothing was done to the unit to resolve the problems. Now i have to spend more money for labor to fix a Five year old brand new unit, I would not recommend them as they do not stand behind the products they install. Also they refused to send someone to look at the issue and I was told to call the other company.

We were almost through the winter heating season but right before a late March cold snap, our 30+ year old hot water boiler system gave out. The RA Nichol team including Mike Pino — who worked on replacement of one of our A/C zones last year — had a replacement up and running within days. Very pleased with the quality and value of the installation.

I called RA Nicholas when I smelled a slight scent of gas in my basement. Within a few hours she had someone at my house. Tyler was so thorough and corrected the serious problem immediately. He made me feel so comfortable with what he was doing and explained everything in detail. The prices were very fair and he cleaned up everything too. I will be using them again for more updates and service. Highly recommend!

Upstairs hvac system had a problem. Repairman was sent. I received an email with his picture and info. He also stayed until unit as running and heat was established.
