Linda and her team are true professionals!

I don't think of people who lie as "professionals". Do you? These folks are not accountable at all. Save yourself the trouble, don't get involved with them. They killed my tree next to a lot they were hired to work on.

Super experienced. Great equipment and fair pricing.

Competitive pricing and good service. I have had 5 trees that were infringing on my house and were removed with precision.
One of the trucks left tire tracks from the rain called Linda came back and repaired my lawn.
Would recommend.

Very pleased with all aspects of their service both times we used them. Came quickly for an estimate, helped with our insurance claim and cleanly removed many downed, large trees. Linda answered all our questions promptly and professionally. We will be using them again soon. Highly recommend.

Linda came to meet me so quickly and was so patient and professional and informative. Her price was better than any other companies. The men who came to do the removal of 6, 75 ft trees were more than amazing! They worked like a great team, seamlessly, it was amazing to watch. They cleaned up after themselves constantly. I can’t say enough about the way they worked. I would recommend them to everyone!!! 5 Stars for sure

I had already had a plumber take a look and trouble shoot. My furnace would not stay lit more than an hour. Unfortunately, my girl insisted on using our insurance through Americam Shield to have the furnace fixed. Here enters J&S.

When they arrived I left someone here to explain the issue so I didn't have to miss work. He was here less than 30 minutes started the furnace and said to call back if it went out. I mean it's only winter, who need heat anyway right? The second time my girl stayed to make sure there were no issues, but her presence didn't help. The guy was rude saying he couldn't fix the issue because he didn't have the equipment, when questioned he said "I don't have a crystal ball." She reminded him that he was here last time and he then his excuse changed to he need approval to do this work.

For the third appointment, they called around 730pm to schedule for the following day 10-12pm. They could not accommodate with another time even though this was the 3rd time they were coming here for the same issue. I used comp time and missed work. They called to cancel the job at 9am the voice-mail claimed the only tech that could do the job had a 101 fever. I called to get a man on the phone who sounded like he was full of energy! To my surprise this is allegedly the tech who was sick. When I voiced my displeasure he informed me that he woke up with now a 104 fever. Terrible work on two occasions to cancel a job on the third attempt. Save your time energy and money. If you have American Shield, they are aware of this fraud of a company don't let them schedule them for you.

Within 10 minutes of my call, Steve was at my doorstep. He diagnosed and repaired my A/C issue just in time for the pending heat wave. Professional and skilled. Highly recommend!

Steve has been servicing my HVAC systems for the last few years. From yearly maintenance to bigger issues with either the furnace not starting or the AC not cooling the house. He's extremely knowledgeable and is able to identify the issue right away. Quick to respond. Great communication. A+ service in my book.

Steve and his team were great! They were very responsive when our boiler cracked, facilitating a quick and thorough replacement. He was also really helpful in showing me how to maintain the system. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and expertise.

I have used J&S about 5 times in the last 2 years, all the service visits have been on time, extremely professional and completed the first time.
Steve diagnosed and fixed a problem with the furnace on the first visit, very different that the previous company that we had a maintenance contract that came to our house for 4 years in the row and could not provide a solution.
J&S will continue to have my business
