Patrick returned my call right away and gave me a quote an hour later. He texted me the day before to let me know when he was coming. His pricing is very reasonable for all the quality work he performed. Patrick did a great job of cleaning my gutters, power washing my house and cleaning very moldy deck and gutters. He even power washed my outdoor chairs. I will be referring him to my friends.

Patrick was aces from start to finish. He was very responsive, gave the best quote and exceeded all expectations. He power washed my house, patio, walkway and pool surround. I did not have my pool opened for the season when he came to do the work and instead of power washing around the cover straps like others prob would have, he offered to come back when I did have it open and completed the job. I called Somebody's Gotta Do It to get a quote to wash the siding of my house, get rid of moss build up on my patio stone block flooring and the roof of my tool shed, which had accumulated moss.

Patrick, the owner of the business, answered the call and listened to my requests. At the end of the phone call, he asked that I send him pictures of the areas that needed cleaning via text, and he can send back a quote via text withing one business day. I sent him photos of the areas that needed washing via text. Within a few hours, Patrick texts me a quote document with his company letterhead on it. The price for the 3 tasks notably lower than another quote I received from another powerwasher company.

(As an aside, I found out from him that he is the only person in the business, so his overhead is much lower than many competitors. This helps keeps his prices low. Also, in case it is not obvious, most power washers have to connect to your external hose to access water. You are supplying the water, not the power washer.)

I agreed to hire Patrick, and we set an appointment 10 days later with a time window. A few hours after agreeing to hire him, I realized I only texted him 2 sides of the house. I sent pictures of all sides of the house I wanted cleaned to make sure his quote covered that. Patrick replied that his quote covered the entire house siding, not just the pictures I initially sent. Very nice!

Patrick texted me the day before the appointment to confirm. On the day of, he shows up within his time window. He was professional and courteous. We walked around the areas to be worked on, as I provided context that might have been missing from the photos. He saw one side of my house had some stone work instead of siding, and he said his quote will cover cleaning that; I was not expecting him to cover this part, but I am glad he did. Some small awning-like attachments on my side door and rear of the house would also be washed as part of the house quote. After the walkthrough, he provided some additional information about the work. He pointed out that some areas of the siding that have oxidized and have become slightly discolored and "shiny"; his washing can't fix that. For the moss build up on the tool shed, he will softwash it with a solution that will kill off the moss and turn it white. The moss will flake off on its own in a few months of rainfall. Otherwise, powerwashing the tool shed roof normally would damage its roof shingles.

With those two items clarified, he got to work! He taped off external electrical outlets and a doorbell. He reminded me to close all the windows! Cleaning the house siding, tool shed roof, and the patio flooring took about 2.5 hours. After he was done, he called me to inspect the work and pay him. He was very thorough with his cleaning. Any algae buildup and stains on the house siding were gone. The patio flooring looked new again with the moss washed off. And, as expected, the moss on the tool shed roof had been "bleached" white and other parts of the roof cleaned up. All I have to do is wait for rain to do its thing on the dead moss. In addition, Patrick went above and beyond and washed a few areas adjacent to the work area, like a small section of my vinyl fence next to the patio and tool shed, so that was greatly appreciated.

Overall, I am greatly satisfied with Patrick's work. You can definitely hire him for your powerwashing/softwashing needs.

I just want to start off by saying what Gem of person Patrick is. From the first interaction when I saw him cleaning a neighbors fence he was on his A game. Quickly replied to my text and has great prices. I forgot to mention an old patio set i wanted to cleaned as well and mentioned it when he was done with the original job and he offered to just do it on the spot.
