Tommy came to my house this week to check on my furnace.
He was punctual, pleasant, and he did an excellent job. He even told me about the condition of my furnace.
It is the third time Reedy has been out to inspect and I highly recommend them.

Nautilus Heating and Cooling worked on two of our houses. In the first, they installed an air conditioning unit. In our second, they fixed a whine that had us frantic for six month. Both times they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Corey and John are very knowledgeable. They have excellent active listening skills. I appreciated the time and energy spent on explaining how the system worked. The fact that one company can handle all aspects of HVAC, including routine maintenance, is a great convenience.

It was the best HVAC experience I have ever had, and I've dealt with many. The diagnostic was thorough, they brought in a supervisor to help with coordination and further assistance, and all of this happened on the same day. They also scheduled an installation for the next Monday. They are highly recommended.

It is hard to express how grateful I am to have been recommended to call this company. My AC had broken for several days, and they were there the moment I called to see what was wrong without charging me a penny. Ari was concerned about the heat and offered to provide a temporary AC unit while he waited for the part he needed. Great experience. I'd call him more frequently, or I should say, when I needed him.

The bar I set was low as I had two negative experiences with contractors. Juan and his crew were tradesmen Gods! Despite the fact that my house was very old, and the number of "unknowns", were significant, they were able stay on schedule and had all supplies and materials available. They are perfectionists. The vent fan is perfect. I love my unit. Also, they're the most nicest and respectful guys I've ever met.

Earl and family are great. When I had the time to upgrade my house 10 years earlier, he did an excellent job. In 90 degree heat, my 22 year-old system pooped on the bed.

I had two other large companies bid on them. While he was clearly working, he showed me after hours to get me a price. He also paid more attention than the professional salesman from a larger company. When I decided that I wanted to work with Earl, he found time in his busy schedule and installed a brand new system for us the next day. He came with his 3 boys and completed the work before lunch.

It turned out that he had replaced all of the parts that were being reused. We met his wife after she delivered a part to us from another warehouse. A full-family affair with great service!

Veronica was wonderful to talk with. I was referred by my father-in law to have our fireplace serviced. I ended up calling at 4:50pm, 10 minutes before the store closed. It was a pretty busy time and they managed to get us an appointment within a week. She was VERY professional and very helpful. The place is absolutely amazing, and I can't thank you enough for everything!

Michael Cone was the contractor that serviced our Air Conditioning system. He presented us with pictures and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was prompt and provided quality technical service. His communication and interpersonal skills were also excellent.

They will show you very good things and try to become very friendly to get the contract. They did not finished the work at my house. As I paid all the money they are not even picking the phone. Very poor quality of work. I will share few videos of their work soon.
