Stay away from this company at all cost, don't waste your time and money. I spoke with the owner himself who promised to send someone to take a look but none showed up for 3 weeks. Owner sends a message asking if someone from his company came at all!! He does not have a record of sending someone. When I said, no one showed up, he promised to call me later to schedule time and that call hasn't come after 3 days!

A BIG NO. They are the worst to work with . I worked with Pranav, he is very bad at responding . Our cooling system was not working , so he replaced motor and capacitor, it still did not work . He could not fix it . I asked for the receipts so that I can return the parts and get money , he said he will come and take the parts and return money for just parts and never showed up . It’s been 3 to 4 months and did not show up yet . I followed up initially for 4-5 times and I gave up . I understood he will not come . I spent 525$ and my cooling is not working and more importantly my time was wasted . From 6 months we dont have cooling , we are managing with ceiling fans .

I got hvac, ac, water heater and air sealing done with Patel builders in 2018. Systems worked well until recently when my father accidentally covered the exhaust of the water heater causing water heater to stop! My 3 year warranty had expired last year so I thought I will call anyone to repair it. Got multiple texts/emails from popular internet companies (that I won’t name) $150 plus to examine only and most common recommendation was to replace! Then I thought of calling Mr Sunil Patel, it went to voicemail and I left VM. He called back in the evening and noted details, to come next day. Drove 1.5 hours from somewhere to me in Bridgewater. Knew exactly what all to check and spotted the blocked exhaust! Fixed the heater. Inspected, Serviced and advised on maintenance of all other systems and….at the end REFUSED to accept any payment as he didn’t have to replace any part! THANK YOU Mr Sunil Patel! You have earned my respect and loyalty

We had a great experience working with Sunil & Pranav bhai team. They installed the high efficiency Furnace and Water Heater at the earliest convenience, so the house had heat & hot water right away during winter months. They also performed insulation and air sealing in my attic and since then we've noticed around 35% of savings in our monthly energy bill. Highly recommended & everything was done in a timely & smooth manner!

I had got a new HVAC and water heater installed by them in mid 2019. They were very good with that but problems started in 2022 when my water heater stopped working . They do not entertain calls. Never show up. Charge you but never fix anything. After sales service for them means taking the moneytand disappearing without fixing anything. They will come, spend an hour on the phone, take the money and go. They do not believe in fixing anything.
