These reviews are real!!! The four companies that I contacted answered the phone immediately, the others went to voicemail, and only one of them called me back two days later. They sent someone to my appointment the next day. Kamryn arrived and was very patient with my jumping dog and walked me through the situation (or lack thereof) and shared his knowledge. He was professional and friendly. I wouldn't have known if he had an appointment after mine. He made me feel as if I was the only customer that day. It is amazing that companies provide such a high level of service in 2025. Start here and don't wait for other companies or people to respond to you.

Carlos installed my toilet and garbage disposal in one day. He was very professional and efficient. Carol, a representative on the phone was kind and helpful. The plumbers will email you the picture of their arrival so you are aware who it is. Costs were reasonable because SF was doing the shopping. The #1 spot is for good reason.

We were very pleased that Corey came out quickly to replace our water heater, which was 13 years old. He was very clear and explained all the details, including any discounts. This was particularly helpful as we are replacing several items in our house right now. Corey was very patient, even when I asked him if he could repeat what he had just told me to my husband.

Excellent communication and responsiveness. They did not charge me a fee for a visit to my house when they realized that the problem was caused by the fact that the tenant hadn't used the garbage disposal. They would have charged me if it was anyone else. I will use them again.

Update: PIC was used again. When I called at midnight, they responded not only immediately but also sent someone out to the site the following morning. These guys are reliable, honest and explain everything. Also, the prices are reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
