Duct Buddy is as the name says …. “Your Buddy”. After 20 hours of holiday travel we came home to no hot water caused by blocked vents from our tankless water heater. Birds had built a nest. Hassan was with us within the hour and immediately identified the problem. He was polite, efficient and very clean. He wore covers on his shoes when he came inside the house and cleaned up the sidewalk after clearing the blockage. Nothing was a hassle, he worked quickly and communicated everything that he was doing so that we understood the issue. He replaced (and upgraded) all of the covers where our HVAC, water heater and dryer exit the building. Hassan even called back the next day to make sure everything was still ok. A very professional service.
