The company regularly deletes poor reviews and posts fake new reviews. The review and photos of the resulting damage from my service a few months ago has been deleted. They did damage to a pocket door requiring it to be re-hung, damage to paint on walls, damage to a marble countertop that cannot be fixed, and damage to hardwood floor that required re-polishing. Then they denied doing so despite photos.
