The service man was very knowledgeable, courteous and did amazing work on the units to the house we recently bought. The units most likely had not been serviced for some time and are now spotless! A vibration one of the units had is also gone now! I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely use them in the future.

We have had We Clean Heat Pumps do two cleanings of our heat pump over the past two years and they have done a great job. From scheduling to paying the bill, everything has been very efficient and effective. This last time, tech Mark A. went above and beyond to do an excellent job including coming back later the same day when our remote wasn't connecting. Would definitely recommend!

Your service guy encountered extra work here. He chose to remove hardware wire we'd wrapped around the exterior unit so he could clean it properly. It wasn't easy, yet he was very nice about it. He was clearly set on doing his job well.

I was very pleased with the service performed. The tech cleaned 2 heat pumps and the difference was day and night in both appearance and performance. Called the company and Matt answered all my questions. They are honest and reliable, and provided great service. Matt did a thorough clean up of my mini splits, it has been two months since then and the units are in great working shape. 100% recommended.

My experience with Levin was great. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He listened to what my issues are, took pictures, and explained what Viking would be able to do. Levin, the service tech, was fantastic. He educated me on what goes into the cleaning of the systems and where to look for dirt and dust buildup. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The company itself was great to work with. I received a reminder text the week before my appointment and a text the day of to let me know the tech was on the way. I highly recommend these guys.
