My washing machine died the day after Christmas. I called: Iskander came out first thing the next day. Benny was great! Found out the transmission is pretty shot but he was able to get the machine working again. It will "die" eventually (1 mo; a year?) but now I know that I will need a new machine. Fantastic service! We have a fairly new Samsung dishwasher that stopped working. Our issue was tricky and it took three visits and an ordered part. It turned out we didn't need the ordered part; the culprit was a clear piece of glass that got lodged in the drain. Benny, our technician found it on the third visit. After clearing the drain and fixing the problem, he made sure all was in working order before he left. We were not charged for the new part, nor were we charged for the two extra days of labor. We found this company on the Samsung website as an authorized repair service. Very happy we didn't need a new dishwasher!
